The present invention relates to a fastener assembling structure of a door trim wherein a fastener assembling hole 5aa and an opening portion 5ab are formed in an upper plate 5a of a fastener bracket 5, And a cover 10 which is turned toward the opening 5a and closes the opening 5ab. The present invention relates to a fastener assembling structure of a door trim, and more particularly, to a fastener assembling structure of a door trim that can prevent the fastener from being separated.
