Abstract

본 고안은 침대용 매트리스의 살균, 세척장치를 구성함에 있어서, 살균세척실 내에 세척하고자 하는 매트리스의 투입이 신속 용이하도록 할 뿐 아니라 매트리스 표면의 세척이 완전하게 이루어지게 하고, 또한 매트리스에 서식하는 각종 유해균의 살균이 효과적으로 이루어지게 하여 위생적인 살균세척이 가능토록 한 것이다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은 매트리스 살균세척기를 구성함에 있어서, 살균세척실 내에 서랍식 이동적재대를 설치하여 살균세척실 내에 매트리스의 출입이 간단하게 이루어지게 하고, 살균세척실 내에 왕복 주행하는 이동체를 구성하되, 상기 이동체에는 회전브러쉬와 공기분사관을 구비하여 살균세척실 내에 진입한 매트리스의 표면을 이동체가 왕복 주행하면서 효과적이고 완전한 세척이 이루어지게 하고, 세척이 완료된 다음에는 매트리스 표면에 잔류하는 진드기와 같은 유해균의 살균을 위한 살균처리를 하게 되며, 이때 적용되는 살균처리로서는 스팀관을 통한 스팀과 함께 물과 은나노와 광물질추출 액상물이 혼합된 살균액상혼합물을 함께 분사되게 하여 고온의 스팀과 함께 살균효과가 우수한 광물질추출 액상물이나 은나노의 작용에 의해 완전한 살균 및 탈취가 이루어지게 하고, 살균작업이 완료된 후에는 매트리스 표면에 살균되어 묻어있는 진드기나 각종 유해균의 잔류물을 회전브러쉬 및 공기분사관으로 부터 분사되는 분사공기에 의해 이를 제거한 다음 배기닥터를 통하여 살균세척조 내의 스팀이나 진드기 및 먼지 등을 외부로 배출시킴과 동시에 건조되게 함으로서 본 고안에서 제공하고자 하는 매트리스의 살균세척이 완료되는 것이다.
