Abstract
Description
In order to appropriately control the rate at which Ringer's solution is introduced into human blood vessels, there are many domestic and international inventions for flow control devices having various shapes and structures. The flow regulating device invented by Jelliel Aslanian (International Publication No. WO 86/00682, WO 88/09893) has a relatively simple structure, but since the Ringer's fluid is in direct contact with the flow path inside the flow regulating device, Constraints exist and can not be used again when the type of Ringer's fluid changes, and it is difficult to operate with one hand. In order to compensate for the problem of the flow control device, the high stage (Gordan, US Patent No. 4332369) is a ringer liquid by using the principle of the screw (the principle of the screw is a rotational motion is converted to a linear motion) in a state of not directly contacting the ringer liquid Invented a flow control device of the method of pressing the tube passing through, but the structure is too complicated to have a disadvantage to be commercialized. On the other hand, since the flow control device (Fig. 9), which is widely used all over the world (FIG. 9), has a structure in which the disc 14 presses the tube 15 through which the Ringer liquid passes, as described in the foregoing summary, the Ringer liquid itself. Since it does not come in direct contact with the flow control device, it is advantageous in terms of hygiene and has a simple structure consisting of only three parts. However, as shown in Fig. 11, since the disk 14 operated by the thumb moves from the uppermost position 16 to the lowermost position 17 of the housing while rolling along the housing 13, the housing is detected and stopped. Manipulating the disc, which rolls along the housing with the grip, becomes a very unnatural operation. In addition, when the length of the groove is increased so that the cross-sectional area of the groove 12 which is dug at the bottom of the housing is changed more gently to allow fine flow rate adjustment, the length of the housing becomes longer so that the operation of operating the disc with the thumb It will become more unnatural, resulting in a situation where it becomes difficult to operate the flow regulator with one hand. Therefore, it can be said that it is impossible to enable fine flow rate control while maintaining the advantage of operating with one hand in the structure of the existing flow rate control device (Fig. 9).
In order to overcome the disadvantages of the above-described conventional flow control device (Fig. 9), it proposes a structure (Fig. 1) in which the disc 1 does not move along the housing 3 but merely rotates in place. To this end, in contrast to the conventional structure in which the groove 12 is dug at the bottom of the housing 13 (Fig. 9), as shown in Fig. 1, the structure in which the groove 4 is dug around the disc 1 is provided. Suggested by The disc 1 in which the groove 4 is dug is engaged with another disc 2 in the form of a roller, and the tube is located between the two discs (see Fig. 4). Rotating the grooved disc (1) or the opposite disc (2) with the thumb causes the two discs (1, 2) to rotate in place, instead of allowing the tube sandwiched between the two discs to move up and down. do. If the perimeter of the grooved disc presses the tube, the tube is completely closed (see Figure 7). On the contrary, if the perimeter of the grooved disc presses the tube, the flow rate is adjusted according to the size of the groove. Will be. As an example, Figure 8 shows the tube fully open.

Components of the flow regulator proposed in the present invention are two discs (1, 2) and the housing surrounding them. In one of the two discs a groove 4 is excised around which the size of the cross-sectional area varies. When one of the two discs is rotated to adjust the flow rate, the two discs rotate in place, and the tube 5 sandwiched between the two discs moves up and down. On the other hand, in order to show the operator how the size of the disc groove (4) in contact with the tube, on both sides of the disc (1) a colored strip (6) is drawn in the circumferential direction of the disc (Fig. 5, 6), an indication arrow 7 is drawn on the housing 3. 5 and 6 show that the width of the band is gradually changing in the circumferential direction, and the disc is in contact with the tube by looking at the thickness of the color band indicated by the indicator arrow. The size of the groove can be determined. For example, if the pointing arrow points to a non-colored band, it means that the groove on the disc is in contact with the tube, which in turn means that the tube is completely closed.
The flow regulating device proposed by the present invention is designed to overcome two limitations, which are difficult to control and difficult to control the flow rate, which are widely used up to now. Furthermore, since the structure is very simple, the production cost is very low, and it can be said that it is very easy to make it into a real product and put it into practical use.
The various flow regulators invented so far are not only complicated in structure, but also difficult to select the material of the flow regulator because the fluid is in direct contact with the flow regulator, or have to be operated by both hands. On the other hand, the device proposed in the present invention has a structure that can overcome all these disadvantages.
