Abstract

PURPOSE: A highly efficient wood crusher is provided to maximize the crushing effect by crushing input wood with the rotating rotary cutters of a crushing drum, and to efficiently produce sawdust by more smoothly carrying out the wood input and the crushing with the wind force generating in the crushing drum. CONSTITUTION: The highly efficient wood crusher includes; an input hopper(11) for wood input, being arranged in the upper part of a crusher body(1); a crushing chamber(2), being arranged inside the crusher body(1) and having a crushing blade; a discharging chamber, being formed in the lower part of the crusher body(1); many crushing projections(21) and windbreaks(22), being installed in the inner side of the crushing chamber(2); a punched screen(2a), being removably attached, with a bolt(2a'), into the discharging part, through which the sawdust can be discharged; many supporting plates(31), being attached to the circumferences of a drive shaft(30) in the center of the crushing chamber(2); a crushing drum(3), being hinged-connected, between the supporting plates(31), with the rotary cutters(4), whose ends are bent in the direction of rotation, on whose inner side the crushing blade(41) is removably attached with a bolt(401) and which are arranged at regular intervals; and a spacer(33), being fitted between the supporting plate(31) and the rotary cutters(4).
