Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 복수개의 컬러필터 기판이 형성된 제 1기판 및 상기 컬러필터 기판과 대응하는 복수의 박막트랜지스터 어레이기판이 형성된 제 2기판을 준비하는 단계와;상기 제 1 또는 제 2기판 상에 액정을 적하하는 단계와;상기 제 1 및 제 2기판의 일측면이 어긋나도록 합착하여 상기 일측면에 형성된 검사용 단자를 노출시키는 단계와;상기 검사용단자에 전압을 인가하여 상기 제 1 및 제 2기판의 불량을 검출하는 점등검사 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2기판의 배면에 각각 편광판을 배치시키고, 이중 어느 하나를 회전시키면서 화면의 얼룩을 검출하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전기검사단계 이후에, 제 1 및 제 2기판을 절단하여 복수의 액정패널로 가공하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 복수개의 컬러필터 기판 형성된 제 1기판 및 상기 컬러필터 기판과 대응하는 복수의 박막트랜지스터 어레이기판 및 검사용단자가 형성된 제 2기판을 준비하는단계와;상기 제 1기판의 컬러필터 기판의 외곽을 따라 실링재를 도포하는 단계와;상기 제 2기판 상에 액정을 적하하는 단계와;상기 제 2기판의 일측면에 형성된 검사용단자가 노출되도록 제 1 및 제 2기판을 합착하는 단계와;상기 검사용 단자에 전압을 인가하여 상기 제 1 및 제 2기판의 불량을 검출하는 검사단계와;상기 제 1 및 제 2기판을 가공하여 복수의 액정패널로 분리하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
