Claims (7)
- 수소/가솔린 비율이 200~600 Nm3/m3이고, 수소분압이 1.0~2.5 MPa이고, 온도는 180~300 ℃이고, 시간당 액체공간속도는 2.0~15.0 h-1인 반응조건하에서, 가솔린 공급원료와 수소를 수소화 메르캅탄-제거 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는, 가솔린으로부터 메르캅탄을 제거하기 위한 수소화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가솔린 공급원료가, FCC 가솔린, DCC 가솔린, 직류 가솔린, 코커 가솔린, 파이롤리시스 가솔린, 열분해 가솔린 또는 이들의 혼합물의 전체유분, 또는 전체유분의 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가솔린 공급원료가, 가솔린의 수소화되어 있는 전체유분, 또는 가솔린의 전체유분중 수소화되어 있는 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 가솔린 공급원료가, 70~100 ℃의 온도에서 컷팅된, FCC 가솔린, DCC 가솔린, 직류 가솔린, 코커 가솔린, 파이롤리시스 가솔린, 열분해 가솔린 또는 이들의 혼합물의 중질유분인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가솔린 공급원료가 0~800 ppm의 황을 함유하며, 그 중에서 0~200 ppm은 메르캅탄 황인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 수소는 0~1000 ppm의 H2S를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수소화 메르캅탄-제거 촉매는, 비정질 알루미나 또는 비정질 알루미나 실리케이트에 담지된, VIB족 및/또는 VIII족으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 비-귀금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
