Abstract

(1)발명이 속한 기술분야
발포수지층을 이용한 포장용 필름 및 그 필름으로 제작된 스파우트 파우치 용기
(2)발명의 목적
종래 발포수지층을 갖는 필름은 보온 보냉 효과가 미미하였으나, 본 발명은 이를 극복하여 보온 보냉성을 향상시키고자 한 것이다.
(3)발명의 구성
가열 또는 압착 또는 건조 되어 다층 필름이 형성되데, 상기한 다층 필름은 PET12/인쇄/PE15/알루미늄증착/PE FORM 0.5T/PE15/LLDPE40으로 구성되며, 상기한 필름으로 스탠딩이나 거싯 방식 등등의 파우치 용기를 만들고, 상기한 파우치 용기의 배출방향에는 스파우트를 부착한 것을 특징으로한 발포수지층을 이용한 포장용 필름 및 그 필름으로 제작된 스파우트 파우치 용기에 관한 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
이상과 같이 본 발명은 발포수지층이 형성된 바, 보온, 보냉 효과가 탁월하고, 또한 냉기의 차단성이 있어 아이스크림 등의 내용물을 용기에 담아 사용하는 것이 가능한 장점이 있는 것이다.

Description

발포수지층을 이용한 포장용 필름 및 그 필름으로 제작된 스파우트 파우치 용기{omitted}
본 발명은 발포수지층을 이용한 포장용 필름 및 그 필름으로 제작된 스파우트 파우치 용기에 관한 것이며, 종래의 선행으로는 특허등록 제405295호가 있다.
상기한 종래의 포장지 제조방법은 널리 사용되고 있는 기술이며, 본 발명은 보온 보냉의 효과를 극대화 하기 위하여 발포수지층을 기본으로 하여 각양의 수지층을 합지하는 포장용 필름에 관한 것이다.
도 1 은 본 발명의 사상이 포함된 포장용 필름의 일종단면도.
※도면의 주요 부분에 대한 부호의 설명
100 : 다층 필름 101 : PET층
102 : PE층 103 : 알루미늄증착층
104 : PE FORM층 105 : PE층
106 : LLDPE층
이와 같은 사상을 극복하기 위하여, 피이폼을 기본으로 하여 그 그 외측부로 필름을 상대하고 일정 가열 또는 압착하여 완성된 포장용 필름을 구성하되, 상기한 필름이 원하는 두께를 유지할 수 있도록 임의 부분만을 집중 가열 가압하여 그 목적을 달성하거나 또는 일반적인 방법으로 다층필름을 다음과 같이 제작할 수 있는 것이다.
이하, 본 발명의 효과를 첨부한 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 사용되는 필름(100)은 일명 피이폼이라 일컷는 발포수지층을 그 기본으로 하고 있으며, 상기한 발포수지층을 중심으로 각양의 필름을 합지하여 원하는 품질의 필름을 완성하는 데에 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
실시예 1)
PET12/인쇄/PE15/알루미늄증착/PE FORM 0.5T/PE15/LLDPE40의 순서로 합지한 것이다.
실시예 2)
PET12/인쇄/PE15/PE FORM 0.5T/PE15/무연신LLDPE40의 순서로 합지한 것이다.
실시예 3)
NY15/인쇄/PE15/PE FORM 0.5T/PE15/LLDPE40의 순서로 합지한 것이다.
실시예 4)
PET12/인쇄/PE20/PE FORM 0.5T/PE20/LLDPE50의 순서로 합지한 것이다.
이상과 같은 공정으로 제작된 포장용 다층 필름은 스탠딩파우치 용기 또는 M형(거싯)파우치 용기를 만든후 그 용기의 배출방향에 스파우트를 부착하여 완성된 스파우트 파우치 용기를 형성한 것이다.
상기한 스파우트 파우치 용기에 아이스크림 등을 내입할 경우, 쉬 녹지 않고 오래 보존 됨은 물론, 상기한 파우치 용기를 손으로 잡을 시 냉기가 손바닥에 직접 전달되지 않아 동상의 염려 없이 안정되게 식음할 수 있는 것이다.
그리고 스파우트 파우치 용기에 든 아이스크림이나 슬러시 등의 내용물을 식음할시는 스파우트파우치 용기를 손바닥으로 가압하여야 하는데, 파우치 용기가 딱딱하면 소정의 목적을 달성할 수 없고, 상기한 실시와 같이 각양의 필름을 합지하여 사용하면 용기가 부드러우면서도 보냉의 효과가 있음과, 또한 용기 내부의 냉기가 손바닥에 전달되는 정도가 미미하여 사용자는 안정되게 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
도 1 은 본 발명의 일실시예로서, 다층 필름(100)의 일 구성도를 나타내 보이고 있는 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은 발포수지층이 형성된 바, 보온, 보냉 효과가 탁월하고, 또한 냉기의 차단성이 있어 아이스크림 등의 내용물을 용기에 담아 사용하는 것이 가능한 장점이 있는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 가열 또는 압착 또는 건조 되어 다층 필름이 형성되데, 상기한 다층 필름은 PET/인쇄/PE/알루미늄증착/PE FORM/PE/LLDPE으로 구성되며, 상기한 필름으로 스탠딩이나 거싯 방식 등등의 파우치 용기를 만들고, 상기한 파우치 용기의 배출방향에는 스파우트를 부착한 것을 특징으로한 발포수지층을 이용한 포장용 필름 및 그 필름으로 제작된 스파우트 파우치 용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 필름의 구성은 PET/인쇄/PE/PE FORM/PE/무연신LLDPE인 것을 특징으로한 발포수지층을 이용한 포장용 필름 및 그 필름으로 제작된 스파우트 파우치 용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 필름의 구성은 NY/인쇄/PE/PE FORM/PE/LLDPE인 것을 특징으로한 발포수지층을 이용한 포장용 필름 및 그 필름으로 제작된 스파우트 파우치 용기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 필름의 구성은 PET/인쇄/PE/PE FORM/PE/LLDPE인 것을 특징으로한 발포수지층을 이용한 포장용 필름 및 그 필름으로 제작된 스파우트 파우치 용기.
