Claims (3)
- 화재시에도 유체의 누설을 방지할 수 있는 트루니언 형 볼밸브의 실링(Sealing) 구조에 있어서.상기 유체의 흐름을 차단하거나 개방하여주는 볼(1)과,상기 유체가 볼의 작동시에 몸체(4)를 통해서 외부로 누설되지 않게 막아주는 시트링(2)과,상기 시트링을 스프링(7)의 탄성력으로 밀어주는 시트리테이너(3)와,상기 시트리테이너(3), 시트인서터(6) 및 몸체사이에 위치하여 화재시에 유체가 누설됨을 방지하는 그라파이트(9)와,상기 시트리테이너(3)와 시트인스터(6)사이에 위치하여 유체의 누설을 방지하는 스페이스링(10)과,상기 스페이스링과 그라파이트(9)를 스프링(7)의 탄성력으로 눌러주어 유체의 누설을 방지하는 시트인서트(6)와,상기 시트리테이너(3)와 시트인스터(6)를 볼쪽으로 밀착시켜 유체의 누설을 방지할 수 있는 탄성력을 구비한 스프링(7)과,상기 스프링의 움직임을 방지하여 일정한 힘으로 시트리테이너(3)와 시트인스터(6)를 볼쪽으로 밀어주도록 스프링을 고정시켜 주는 스프링홀더(8)와,상기 시트리테이너(3)와 몸체사이에 존재하여 유체의 누설을 방지하는 오링(5)과,상기 볼 밸브의 실링과 관련된 구성수단들을 감싸고 있는 몸체(4)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 트루니언 형 볼밸브의 실링(Sealing) 구조.
- 청구항1에 있어서,상기 그라파이트를 삽입 구성 수단에 있어서 밀착력을 높이는 탄성력을 가지도록 얇은 그라파이트 판을 말아서 위치시킴을 특징으로 하는 트루니언 형 볼밸브의 실링(Sealing) 구조.
- 청구항1에 있어서,상기 스프링에 의하여 발생하는 밀착력(F1)이 유체의 압력에 의하여 발생하는 반발력(F2)보다 항상 크도록 설계됨을 특징으로 하는 트루니언 형 볼밸브의 실링(Sealing) 구조.
