Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- 적어도 1부에 개구부를 갖는 내측 상자와, 외측 상자와, 상기 개구부를 폐쇄는 덮개부와, 상기 내측 상자와 상기 외측 상자 사이에 배치된 적어도 2층 이상의 시트상 무기 섬유의 적층체로 이루어지는 심재와 상기 심재를 끼우는 다층 필름으로 이루어지는 진공 단열재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진공 단열재를 구성하는 상기 적층체의 한 면에 배치된 상기 다층 필름과, 상기 적층체의 다른 면에 배치된 상기 다층 필름은 적층 구성이 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진공 단열재는 추가로 흡착제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단열 상자는 냉장고, 보온고, 보냉고, 자동판매기, 급탕기 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단열 상자는 추가로 최하부에 냉동실과, 상기 단열 상자의 외부에 기계실을 구비하고, 상기 진공 단열재가 냉동실의 측벽을 피복하며, 상기 내측 상자와 상기 외측 상자 사이의 상기 진공단열재 이외의 공간은 발포 수지가 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 고온 냉매 배관이 진공 단열재와 외측 상자 사이에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 진공 단열재가 상기 기계실과 상기 냉동실 사이에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 덮개부의 내측에 오목볼록부를 갖고, 이 오목볼록부에 축냉제 또는 축열제가 배치되어 있으며, 또한 상기 진공 단열재가 상기 오목볼록부를 따르도록 성형하여 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단열 상자는 추가로 다른 온도대의 독립한 다수의 실(室)과, 상기 실마다 증발기를 갖고, 적어도 하나의 상기증발기의 후방에 위치하는 단열부에 상기 진공 단열재가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 실의 칸막이판에 상기 진공 단열재가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단열 상자는 추가로 압축기를 갖고, 상기 압축기와 상기 내측 상자의 칸막이판에 상기 진공 단열재가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단열 상자는 추가로 제어기판을 갖고, 상기 제어기판과 상기 내측 상자의 칸막이판에 상기 진공 단열재가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단열 상자는 추가로 저면에 응축기를 갖고, 상기 응축기와 상기 내측 상자의 칸막이판에 상기 진공 단열재가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단열 상자는 상기 외측 상자와 상기 내측 상자 사이의 공간의 내면의 적어도 일부에 열가소성 수지층을 갖고, 상기 진공 단열재는 상기 열가소성 수지층에 의해 상기 단열 상자에 열용착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내측 상자는 저탕용기인 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 덮개부의 공간부에 진공 단열재를 배치하여, 이 진공 단열재가 덮개부 하부 형상에 근사한 형상으로 성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 상자.
- 적어도 2층 이상의 시트상 무기 섬유의 적층체로 이루어지는 심재와 상기 심재를 끼우는 다층 필름으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유는 SiO2를 주성분으로 하고, 또한 Al2O3, CaO, 및 MgO를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유는 섬유 직경이 1㎛∼5㎛이고, 또한 부피밀도가 0.1g/㎤∼O.3g/㎤인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유는 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 바인더를 사용하여 시트상으로 형성되어 있고, 또한 상기 열가소성 수지가 아크릴계 수지이며, 상기 열가소성 수지의 첨가량은 시트상 무기 섬유의 3중량% 이상 10중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 아크릴계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 시트상 무기 섬유의 일부에 절결부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 절결부에 흡착제를 배치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 시트상 무기 섬유 중 적어도 1개소에 홈을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 시트상 무기 섬유 중 적어도 1개소에 관통구멍을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
