Abstract
본 고안장치는 건설중장비 조종실의 출입구에 장착되는 에어 커텐(air curtain) 방식의 외기 차단장치에 관한 것으로써, 조종실의 출입구 상부에 모터에 의해 고속으로 회전하는 송풍기를 구비하고 조종실 도어 개폐부에는 상기 송풍기의 작동을 제어하기 위한 스위치를 구비하여, 조종실 도어가 열릴때마다 출입구에 에어 커튼(air curtain)이 형성되도록 함에 따라 열손실이 방지되도록 하고 있다.The present invention relates to an air curtain type air cut-off device mounted to the entrance of the cockpit of a heavy construction equipment, and includes a blower that rotates at a high speed by a motor at an entrance of the cockpit and the blower is provided at the door of the cockpit door. 도 2는 본 고안장치가 설치된 조종실을 개략적으로 도시한 정면도 및 우측면도, 도 3은 본 고안장치의 작동상태를 설명하기 위해 도시한 우측면도로서, 상기 도면에서 보면, 휠로더와 같은 건설중장비 조종석(4)의 도어(2) 개폐부에는 중앙부에 돌출부(11)가 탄성결합된 누름 버튼스위치(1)가 설치되고, 상기 조종실(4) 출입구의 내측 상부에는 상기 누름 버튼스위치(1) ON시에 하방으로 공기를 배출하도록 작동되는 송풍기(3)가 설치되는데, 상기 송풍기(3)는 외주면에 다수개의 날개(34)가 인볼루트(involute) 형상으로 형성되어 있으며 모터축(35)에 축설되는 송풍팬(33)과, 상기 송풍팬(33)을 그 내부에 포함하도록 구성되며 측부에는 공기유입구(31)가 형성되고 하부에는 공기유출구(32)가 형성된 케이스(36)로 구성된다.2 is a front view and a right side view schematically showing a cockpit in which the present invention device is installed, and FIG. 3 is a right side view illustrating an operation state of the present invention device.
