Claims (26)
- 미세담체가 미세담체상에 쓰여진 코드에 의해 코드화됨을 특징으로 하는 코드화된 미세담체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 코드가 미세담체의 내부 깊은 곳에 쓰여진 것을 특징으로 하는 코드화된 미세담체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 코드가 미세담체의 중심 평면(center plane)에 쓰여진 것을 특징으로 하는 코드화된 미세담체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세담체가 미세구인 것을 특징으로 하는 코드화된 미세담체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 미세담체가 1 내지 200㎛의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코드화된 미세담체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코드가 미세담체를 고 공간 해상력 광원에 노출시켜 쓰여진 것을 특징으로 하는 코드화된 미세담체.
- 미세담체상에 코드를 쓰는 것을 포함하는 미세담체를 코딩하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 코드를 미세 담체의 내부 깊은 곳에 쓰는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 코드를 미세담체의 중심 평면에 쓰는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세담체가 미세구인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 미세구가 1 내지 200㎛의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 11 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세담체를 고 공간 해상력 광원에 노출시켜 미세담체상에 코드를 쓰는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 광원이 레이저 또는 램프인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서, 미세담체를 표백하여 코드를 미세담체상에 쓰는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 미세담체가 형광 분자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 또한 형광 분자를 표백하여 코드를 쓰는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 코드의 표백된 부분에 두 개이상의 상이한 수준의 결과적인 형광 강도를 생성하도록 형광 분자를 표백하여 코드를 쓰는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 16 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세담체가 고체, 반고체, 및 고체와 반고체의 배합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 17 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세담체가 원핵 또는 진핵세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 공촛점 현미경으로 코드를 관찰하는 것을 포함하는 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 코드화된 미세담체를 판독하는 방법.
- 하나이상의 분석물과 결합하거나 반응하는 하나이상의 리간드를 선택하고, 리간드를 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 복수의 코드화된 미세담체와 결합시키며, 리간드의 정체를 리간드가 결합한 미세담체상의 코드와 상호관련시키고, 하나이상의 분석물을 리간드-결합된 미세담체와 접촉시키며, 분석물이 미세담체-결합된 리간드와 결합하거나 반응한 어느 미세담체를 관찰하고, 미세담체상의 코드를 판독하여 하나이상의 분석물이 반응한 어느 리간드를 확인하여, 하나이상의 분석물의 존재 또는 부재를 결정하는 것을 포함하는, 샘플중의 하나이상의 표적 분석물의 존재 또는 부재를 검출하는 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 표적 분석물이 핵산인 것을 특징으로 하고, 또한 적어도 하나의 미세담체-결합된 리간드가 핵산의 역 상보물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, DNA 혼성화를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 미세담체가 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 코드화된 미세담체인 미세담체-결합된 리간드를 적어도 하나의 분석물과 접촉시키고, 분석물이 리간드와 반응하거나 결합하는지를 검출하며, 어떤 반응 또는 결합이 일어난 어느 미세담체의 코드를 판독하는 것을 포함하는, 샘플중의 하나이상의 표적 분석물의 존재 또는 부재를 검출하는 방법.
- 미세담체에 결합된 리간드를 갖는 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 코드화된 미세담체를 포함하는, 리간드-결합된 미세담체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 코드화된 다수의 미세담체에 결합된 화학적 라이브러리의 개개 구성원을 포함하는, 화학적 라이브러리.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, 라이브러리가 조합적인 화학적 라이브러리인 것을 특징으로 하는 화학적 라이브러리.
