Claims (22)
- 2 내지 19wt%의 Al, 1 내지 10wt%의 Mg, 0.01 내지 2wt%의 Si 및 Zn과 불가피한 불순물의 잔부를 구성한 Zn 합금 도금 층이 강재(steel material)의 표면상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 Zn 도금 강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Zn 합금 도금층에서 Mg 및 Al은 다음 식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 Zn 도금 강재.Mg(%) + Al(%) ≤ 20%
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,0.01 내지 1wt%의 In, 0.01 내지 1wt%의 Bi 및 1 내지 10wt%의 Sn 중 하나 이상이 추가로 Zn 합금 도금 성분으로서 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 Zn 도금 강재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,0.01 내지 0.5%의 Ca, 0.01 내지 0.2%의 Be, 0.01 내지 0.2%의 Ti, 0.1 내지 1.0%의 Cu, 0.01 내지 1.0%의 Ni, 0.01 내지 0.3%의 Co, 0.01 내지 0.2%의 Cr, 0.01 내지 0.5%의 Mn, 0.01 내지 3.0%의 Fe 및 0.01 내지 0.5%의 Sr중 하나 이상이추가로 Zn 합금 도금 성분으로서 함유되고, 상기 성분들을 제외한 성분의 전체 양은 0.5wt% 이하로 유지되고, 그들 중 Pb는 0.1wt% 이하로 제한되며 Sb는 0.1wt% 이하로 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 Zn 도금 강재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,도금 층은 Al/Zn/MgZn23원 공정 조직의 매트릭스(matrix)내에 분포된 초정 Mg2Si상, MgZn2상 및 Zn 상의 금속 조직을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 Zn 도금 강재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,도금 층은 Al/Zn/MgZn23원 공정 조직의 매트릭스내에 분포된 초정 Mg2Si상, MgZn2상 및 Al 상의 금속 조직을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 Zn 도금 강재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,도금 층은 Al/Zn/MgZn23원 공정 조직의 매트릭스내에 분포된 초정 Mg2Si상, MgZn2상 및 Zn 상과 Al 상의 금속 조직을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 Zn 도금 강재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,도금 층은 Al/Zn/MgZn23원 공정 조직의 매트릭스내에 분포된 초정 Mg2Si상, Zn 상 및 Al 상의 금속 조직을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 Zn 도금 강재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,Ni 도금 층은 Zn-합금 도금 층의 지층(underlying layer)으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 Zn 도금 강재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,주요 직경이 1μm 이상인 Mg계 금속간화합물상이 0.1 내지 50vol%의 함량으로 Zn-합금 도금 층내에 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성과 가공성이 우수한 Zn 도금 강재.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,Mg을 함유한 금속간 화합물상은 Mg-Si계, Mg-Zn계, Mg-Sn계, Mg-Fe계, Mg-Ni계, Mg-Al계 및 Mg-Ti계 중 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성과 가공성이 우수한 Zn 도금 강재.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,Ni 도금 층은 Zn 합금 도금 층을 위한 모재(base metal) 처리로서 0.2 내지 2g/m2로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성과 가공성이 우수한 Zn 도금 강재.
- 2 내지 19wt%의 Al, 1 내지 10wt%의 Mg, 0.01 내지 2wt%의 Si 및 Zn과 불가피한 불순물의 잔부를 구성한 Zn 합금 도금 층을 강재의 표면상에 적용하는 Zn 합금 도금 강재 제조방법에서,도금 욕조 온도가 450℃ 내지 650℃로 설정되고, 도금 후 냉각 속도는 0.5℃/초 이상으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 Zn 도금 강재 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,Zn-합금 도금 층상의 상부 층으로, 크롬 환원율{CR3+/(CR3++ Cr6+) x 100(wt%)}이 70(wt%) 이하인 수용성 크롬 화합물을 사용하고, H3PO4/CrO3비율(크롬산 환산)이 1 이상과 H3PO4/Cr6+비율(크롬산 환산)이 5 이하가 되도록 인산과 수용성 크롬 화합물을 공존(共存)시키고, 유기 수지/CrO3비율(크롬산 환산)을 1 이상으로 만들기 위해 유기 수지와 혼합시킨 수지 크로메이트 욕조에서 도포하고 건조시켜 형성된 수지 크로메이트 피막이 금속 크롬 환산으로서 10 내지 300mg/m2으로 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 Zn 도금 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,Zn-합금 도금 층상의 중간 층으로서 크로메이트 피막 층과, 추가로 상부 층으로서 1 내지 100μm 두께의 유기 피막 층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 도장 강판.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 유기 피막은 열경화성 수지 도금 피막인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 도장 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,Zn-합금 도금 층상에, 고형분으로서 100중량부의 수지와 0.2 내지 50 중량부 타닌 또는 타닌산을 함유한 중간 층을 구비하고, 상부 층으로서 유기 피막 층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경에 미치는 부하가 적고 가공부 내식성이 우수한 도장 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,Zn-합금 도금 층상에, 고형분으로써 100중량부의 수지와 0.1 내지 3000 중량부 시레인 결합제(silane coupling agent)를 함유한 중간 층을 구비하고, 상부 층으로서 유기 피막 층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경에 미치는 부하가 적고 가공부 내식성이 우수한 도장 강판.
- 제 17 항 또는 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 유기 피막 층은 1 내지 100μm 두께를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경에 미치는 부하가 적고 가공부 내식성이 우수한 도장 강판.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,중간 층은 추가로, 고형분으로서 10 내지 500 중량부 미립자 실리카를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경에 미치는 부하가 적고 가공부 내식성이 우수한 도장 강판.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,중간 층은 추가로, 고형분으로서 1 내지 2000 중량부의 미립자 실리카와 0.1 내지 1000 중량부의 에칭 플루오르화물 중 하나 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경에 미치는 부하가 적고 가공부 내식성이 우수한 도장 강판.
- 제 17 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기물 피막 층은 방청 안료를 함유한 하부 도금(undercoating) 층과 착색 상부 도금(overcoating) 층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경에 미치는 부하가 적고 가공부 내식성이 우수한 도장 강판.
