본 고안은 자동차 루프헤더부의 보강구조에 관한 것으로서, 루프판넬(roof panel)(10)의 측단부가 하향 절곡 연장되어 형성된 저면에 루프판넬보강판(20)의 일측단부가 취부되고, 상기 루프판넬보강판(20)의 저면 측단부에는 상단부가 하향으로 절곡 형성된 사이드아웃프레임(30)이 취부되며, 상기 사이드아웃프레임(30)의 선단부에는 일측면에는 인루프레일(50)이 용착되어있는 중간기둥(40)의 내측판넬(41)이 소정의 공간을 두고 취부되어 지는것에 있어서, 상기 사이드아웃프레임(30)의 선단 절곡부를 연장하여 루프판넬(10)의 저면에 설치하고, 상기 사이드아웃프레임(30)의 저면에 접하도록 중간기둥(40)의 내측판넬(41)을 연장 형성하며, 상기 내측판넬(41)의 저면에는 루프판넬보강판(20)의 일측단부가 접하며 볼트(60)체결되어, 지붕의 변형이 효과적으로 억제되어, 차량이 전복되는 사고시에도 차실에 탑승한 승원의 안전성이 향상되도록 하는 것이다.The present invention relates to a reinforcing structure of an automobile roof header portion, wherein one side end of the roof panel reinforcement plate 20 is mounted on a bottom surface of which a side end portion of the roof panel 10 is bent downwardly extending, and the roof panel is mounted.
