Abstract
본 고안은 임펙트바의 설치구조를 개선하여 임펙트바를 견고하게 지지 고정 결합시켜 차량의 충돌사고시 도어패널과 함께 실내로의 진입방지하여 차량 피해는 물론 탑승자의 피해를 최소화할 수 있도록 하는 차량용 임펙트바 설치구조를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 임펙트바의 양측단에 결합홈을 형성시키고 상기 결합홈에 도어측면패널에 고정결합되는 보강판을 삽입시키고, 이를 용접결합하여 구성된 것에 특징을 둔 것이다.The present invention improves the installation structure of the impact bar, so that the impact bar is firmly supported and fixed to prevent the vehicle from entering into the room with the door panel in the event of a collision, so that the damage of the vehicle and the occupant can be minimized. 본 고안은 차량의 도어내측에 설치되어 차량의 충돌사고시 도어의 함몰과 파손으로 인한 피해를 최소화 시킬 수 있도록 하는 임펙트바(Impact bar)에 관한 것으로써, 특히 임펙트바의 설치구조를 개선하여 대차에 의한 충돌력에 보다 큰 응력을 발휘하도록 함으로서 임펙트바의 실내진입을 방지하여 탑승자의 피해를 최소화 할 수 있도록 하는 차량도어용 임펙트바 설치구조를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 일반적으로 차량의 전후방에는 충돌에 대한 충격저감수단으로 완충부재인 범퍼가 설치되는데 반하여 차량의 측면충돌에 대한 저감수단은 구비되어있지 않기 때문에 측면 충돌시 탑승자를 보호할 수 없는 것이 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 수단의 일예로서, 외부로 부터 도어에 충격이 가해질때 도어의 패널이 변형되면서 차체내부로 진입되는 것을 최소화 시킬 수 있도록 하는 임펙트바를 설치하는 것이 보편적이다. 상기한 바와 같은 임펙트바가 갖추어야 할 조건으로는 충격흡수력과 인장 강도가 커야만하는데 이는 측면 충돌시 뛰어난 완충작용과 도어패널의 변형에 따른 실내진입을 최소화 하여 탑승자를 보호할 수 있기 때문이다. 종래에 있어서의 임펙트바 설치구조는 첨부된 도면 제3도에 도시된 바 와 같이, 임펙트바(2)의 양측단부에 반원호형을 이루는 브라켓트(21)가 용접결합되고 브라켓트의 또다른 단부는 도어측면패널(11)에 결합되어 설치되는 구조로써, 이와같은 임펙트바 설치구조는 임펙트바(2)를 지지고정시키는 브라켓트(21)가 임펙트바의 일측면 즉, 차량의 실내측면에만 결합되어 그 결합력이 견고하지 못하고 임펙트바(2)가 단순히 양측단부에 용접결합된 원호형 브라켓트(21)에만 지지됨으로서, 길이재인 임펙트바(2)가 대차에 의한 충돌력에 큰 응력을 보유하지 못하게 되어 차량의 측면충돌 사고시 도어패널과 함께 쉽게 변형되면서 실내로 진입되어 탑승자의 안전을 보장하지 못하게 되는 문제점이 있는 것이다. 따라서 본 고안은 상기한 바와같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로써, 본 고안의 목적은 임펙트바의 설치구조를 개선하여 임펙트바를 견고하게 지지고정 결합시켜 차량의 충돌사고시 도어패널과 함께 실내로의 진입방지하여 차량 피해는 물론 탑승자의 피해를 최소화할 수 있도록 하는 차량용 임펙트바 설치구조를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 임펙트바의 양측단에 결합홈을 형성시키고 상기 결합홈에 도어측면재널에 고정결합되는 보강판을 삽입 시키고, 이를 용접결합하여 구성된 것에 특징을 둔 것이다. 이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 보다 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다. 첨부된 도면 제1도 및 제2도에 도시된 바와 같이, 차량의 측면도어(1) 내부에 설치되어 대차의 충돌력에 대응하는 임펙트바(2)에 있어서, 임펙트바(2)의 양측단에 결합홈(22)을 형성시키고 상기 결합홈(22)에 도어측면패널(11)에 고정결합되는 보강판(3)을 삽입시켜 용접결합시켜 구성된 것이다. 이와같이 구성되는 본 고안은 임펙트바(2)가 보강판(3)에 의하여 견고하게 고정결합됨으로서, 외부의 충격력에 보다 큰 응력으로 대처할수 있어 임펙트바의 실내진입을 방지시킬 수 있는 것이다. 이상에서와 같이 본 고안에 따른 임펙트바 설치구조에 의하면, 견고하게 지지결합된 임펙트바가 큰 응력을 보유하여 대차의 충돌사고시에 실내로진입되는 것을 방지하여 탑승자의 패해를 최소화 시킴은 물론 차량의 피해 또한 최소화시킬 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to an impact bar that is installed inside the door of the vehicle to minimize damage caused by the depression and damage of the door in the event of a collision of the vehicle.
