Claims (4)
- 적어도 하나의 유기 EL(Electro Luminescence) 물질로 이루어진 발광층과 애노드 및 캐소드전극을 갖는 EL소자를 포함하는 M×N개의 화소셀이 액티브 매트릭스 형태로 배열되되 상기 캐소드전극이 공통인 화소셀어레이와, 상기 화소셀어레이와 다수 개의 스캔전극배선 및 데이터전극배선으로 연결되어 상기 화소셀들을 스위칭하여 화소를 선택적으로 구동하는 게이트구동회로 및 데이터구동회로와, 외부 회로로부터 제 1 및 제 2 전원전압이 인가되는 제 1 및 제 2 전압공급단자와, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전압공급단자와 상기 화소셀어레이를 연결하는 제 1 및 제 2 전원선을 포함하는 전계발광표시장치에 있어서,상기 화소셀어레이 내의 상기 제 1 전원선과 연결된 화소셀들을 다수 개의 블록으로 나누고 상기 제 1 전원선을 상기 블록 수만큼의 다수 개 형성하여 상기 제 1 전원선의 각각에 상기 대응되는 블록 내의 화소셀들만이 연결된 전계발광표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 제 2 전원선이 다수 개로 분리되어 형성된 전계발광표시장치.
- 적어도 하나의 유기 EL(Electro Luminescence) 물질로 이루어진 발광층과 애노드 및 캐소드전극을 갖는 EL소자를 포함하는 M×N개의 화소셀이 액티브 매트릭스 형태로 배열되되 상기 캐소드전극이 공통인 화소셀어레이와, 상기 화소셀어레이와 다수 개의 스캔전극배선 및 데이터전극배선으로 연결되어 상기 화소셀들을 스위칭하여 화소를 선택적으로 구동하는 게이트구동회로 및 데이터구동회로와, 외부 회로로부터 제 1 및 제 2 전원전압이 인가되는 제 1 및 제 2 전압공급단자와, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전압공급단자와 상기 화소셀어레이를 연결하는 제 1 및 제 2 전원선을 포함하는 전계발광표시장치에 있어서,상기 화소셀어레이 내의 상기 제 1 전원선과 연결된 화소셀들을 다수 개의 블록으로 나누고 상기 제 1 전원선을 상기 블록 수만큼의 다수 개 형성하여 상기 제 1 전원선의 각각에 상기 대응되는 블록 내의 화소셀들만이 연결되며 상기 제 2 전원선이 다수 개로 분리되어 형성된 전계발광표시장치.
