Claims (25)
- 적어도 하나의 경화될 수 있는 수지로 포화된 섬유질 근본재를 포함하는 비석면 마찰재에 있어서,상기 섬유질 근본재는, 다공성의 제 1 층과 제 2 층을 포함하며,상기 제 1 층은 상기 제 1 층에 근거하여 약 10 내지 약 50중량%의 덜 가는 아라미드 섬유; 약 5 내지 약 20중량%의 탄소 입자; 약 5 내지 약 25중량%의 탄소 섬유; 약 15 내지 약 35중량%의 충진재; 약 0 내지 약 10중량%의 면 섬유; 및 약 0.5 내지 약 5중량%의 페놀 노볼로이드 섬유를 포함하며,상기 다공성의 제 1 층은 약 2.0 내지 약 15 마이크론의 평균 기공 직경을 갖으며, 상기 제 2 층은 상기 제 1 층의 적어도 한 표면 위에 탄소 입자들을 포함하며, 상기 탄소 입자들은 상기 섬유질 근본재의 중량에 대하여 약 0.2 내지 약 20중량%로 존재하며, 상기 탄소 입자들은 상기 제 1 층의 면적의 약 3% 내지 약 90%를 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 층은 약 43%의 덜 가는 아라미드 섬유; 약 20%의 탄소 섬유; 약 15%의 탄소 입자; 약 20%의 충진재; 약 2%의 노볼로이드 페놀 t지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 층은 덜 가는 아라미드 섬유들을 포함하며, 상기 아라미드 섬유들은 캐나다 표준 자유도 지수가 약 450 CSF 이상이며, 상기 마찰재에 높은 열 저항성과 실질적으로 균일한 마찰계수를 제공하는 충분한 양을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 층은 상기 섬유질 근본재의 중량에 대하여 약 3중량% 내지 약 5중량%의 탄소 입자들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 층은 상기 탄소 입자를 상기 제 1 층의 표면 위에 부착하기 위한 적어도 하나의 보유 보조제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 보유 보조제는 약 pH 4.5의 명반을 약 20% 까지 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 덜 가는 아라미드 섬유는 캐나다 표준 자유도 지수 기준으로 580-640의 자유도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 덜 가는 아라미드 섬유들은 약 3 내지 약 6mm의 평균 길이 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 충진재는 규조토류를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기공 직경은 약 2.5 내지 12 마이크론의 평균 사이즈 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 층은 적어도 약 50%의 쉽게 이용가능한 에어 보이드를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰재는 페놀 수지 또는 개량된 페놀 수지로 포화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰재는 약 25중량% 내지 약 60중량%의 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유질 근본재는 페놀 수지와 실리콘 수지의 혼합물로 포화되고, 상기 혼합물에서 실리콘 수지의 량은 상기 혼합물 중량에 대하여 약 5 내지 약 80중량%의 범위를 갖으며, 상기 마찰재는 높은 열 저항성과 실질적으로 균일한 마찰계수를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 페놀 수지는 임의 용매 내에 존재하고 상기 실리콘 수지는 상기 페놀 수지의 용매와 양립할 수 있는 또 다른 용매 내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘-페놀 수지 혼합물에 존재하는 상기 실리콘 수지의 량은 상기 혼합물의 중량에 대하여 약 20 내지 약 25 중량%의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 수지 혼합물 내에 존재하는 상기 실리콘 수지의 량은 상기 혼합물의 중량에 대하여 약 15 내지 약 25 중량%의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 개량된 페놀 수지는 에폭시 페놀 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 페놀 수지 내에 존재하는 에폭시 수지의 량은 상기 에폭시 페놀 수지의 중량에 대하여 약 5 내지 약 25 중량%의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 페놀 수지 내에 존재하는 에폭시 수지의 량은 상기 에폭시 페놀 수지의 중량에 대하여 약 10 내지 약 15 중량%의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재.
- 약 2.5 내지 약 12 마이크론의 평균 기공 직경을 갖는 다공성 섬유질 근본재의 적어도 일 표면의 표면적의 약 3% 내지 약 90%를 상기 섬유질 근본재의 중량에 대하여 약 0.2 내지 약 20중량%로 존재하는 탄소 입자들로 코팅하는 단계;상기 탄소가 코팅된 섬유질 근본재를 적어도 하나의 페놀 수지 또는 개량된 페놀 수지로 포화시키는 단계;상기 포화된 탄소가 코팅된 섬유질 근본재를 소정 온도에서 소정 시간동안 경화시키는 단계를 포함하며,상기 섬유질 근본재는 상기 섬유질 근본재의 중량에 대하여 약 10 내지 약 50중량%의 덜 가는 아라미드 섬유; 약 5 내지 약 20중량%의 탄소 입자; 약 5 내지 약 20중량%의 탄소 섬유; 약 15 내지 약 35 중량%의 충진재; 약 3 내지 약 10중량%의 면 섬유; 및 약 0.5 내지 약 5 중량%의 페놀 노볼로이드 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재의 제조방법.
- 페놀 수지를 실리콘 수지와 혼합하는 단계;상기 실리콘-페놀 수지 혼합물로 섬유질 근본재를 포화시키는 단계로서, 상기 섬유질 근본재는 다공성의 제 1 층과 제 2 층을 포함하며, 상기 제 1 층은 상기 제 1 층의 중량에 대하여 약 10 내지 약 50중량%의 덜 가는 아라미드 섬유; 약 5 내지 약 20 중량%의 탄소 입자; 약 5 내지 약 25 중량%의 탄소 섬유; 약 15 내지 약 35 중량%의 충진재; 약 0 내지 약 10 중량%의 면 섬유; 및 약 0.5 내지 약 5 중량%의 페놀 노볼로이드 섬유를 포함하며, 상기 다공성의 제 1 층은 약 2.0 내지 약 15 마이크론의 평균 기공 직경을 갖으며, 상기 제 2 층은 상기 제 1 층의 적어도 일 표면 위에 탄소 입자들을 포함하며, 상기 탄소 입자들은 상기 섬유질 근본재의 중량에 대하여 약 0.2 내지 약 20중량%로 존재하며, 상기 탄소 입자들은 상기 제 1 층의 표면적의 약 3 내지 약 90%를 피복하는 단계; 및상기 탄소가 코팅된 포화 섬유질 근본재를 가열하여 상기 페놀 수지와 상기 실리콘 수지를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재의 제조방법.
