Claims (6)
- 변속은 제 1 클러치(K1)가 열리는 동안에 제 2 클러치(K2)가 닫히면서 이루어지며 전기-유압제어식 자동변속기의 자발성 제고를 위한 방법에 있어서,제 1(i1) 단에서 제 2 단(i2)으로 저단변속을 하는 동안에 이것이 완전히 끝나지 않은채 제 1(i1) 단의 고단변속으로 바뀌며 이때 불연속 판정기준이 감지되고 당해 불연속 판정 기준은 운전자가 설정한 저단변속 요구조건과 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,불연속 판정기준의 충족시 제 1단(i1)에서 제 2단(i2)으로의 저단변속을 하는 동안에 추가로 허용도를 검증하여 허용도가 충족될때 실제 변속입력 회전수(nT(t))는 제 1(GW1) 및 제 2(GW2) 극한치(GW1<nT(t)<GW2) 범위내에 들어 있으며 제 1 극한치(GW1)는 제 1단(GW1=f(nT(i1))의 동기회전수의 함수이며 제 2 극한치는 제 2단 (GW2=f(nT(i2))의 동기회전수의 함수인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,변속기 입력회전수(nT(각도))의 구배 상태가 설정회전대내에 들어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항에 있어서,제 1 클러치(K1)에 대한 차단명령 하달시 최대시간(tMAX)에 이르기까지 경과하는 시간단계(tR)가 개시되며 시간단계(tR)의 각 값에 감소시간이 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,고단변속기 재차 결합되는 클러치(K1)의 급속 충족시간(tSF)은 감소시간에 따라 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,급속충진시간(tSF)은 시간단계의 작은 값이 짧은 급속충족시간(tSF)을 발생시키는 경향으로 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
