Claims (11)
- 중량%로, 0.005 내지 0.1% C, 1.5 이하 Si, 2.0% 이하 Mn, 3.0 내지 8.0% 미만 Cr, 4.0% 이하 Ni, 0.1 내지 2.0% Al, 3.5 이하 Cu, 및 Fe 잔량, 질소와 산소를 포함하는 불가피한 불순물을 포함하며, 기본 미세조직이 마르텐사이트인 금속조직을 가지며, 불순물로서 질소와 산소가 0.02% 이하의 질소와 0.003% 이하의 산소의 범위로 제한되는 우수한 기계가공성을 갖는 다이스용 고장력강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1% 이하 Mo를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 기계가공성을 갖는 다이스용 고장력강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1% 이하 Co를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 기계가공성을 갖는 다이스용 고장력강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.005% 이하 Ni와 0.001% 이하 산소를 포함하는 우수한 기계가공성을 갖는 다이스용 고장력강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, C는 0.005 내지 0.05%이고, Cr은 3.5 내지 7.0%이며, Ni은 1 내지 4.0%이고, Al은 0.5 내지 2.0%이며, Cu은 0.3 내지 3.5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 기계가공성을 갖는 다이스용 고장력강.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, V과 Nb중 적어도 하나가 0.5%이하(즉, (V+Nb)≤0.5%)인 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 기계가공성을 갖는 다이스용 고장력강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.20% 이하 S를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 기계가공성을 갖는 다이스용 고장력강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.05% 이상 1.5% 이하의 Si인 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 기계가공성을 갖는 다이스용 고장력강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화학조성이 다음식:(7.7×C(wt%))+(2.2×Si(wt%))+(271.2×S(wt%))≥ 2.5을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 기계가공성을 갖는 다이스용 고장력강.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 식의 값이 “6”이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 기계가공성을 갖는 다이스용 고장력강.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, C는 0.03%이상이고, Si은 0.8 내지 1.5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 기계가공성을 갖는 다이스용 고장력강.
