Description

Pneumatic tires for puncture

The present invention is to reinforce the rigidity of the side wall to achieve a constant speed even when the tire puncture, more specifically to prevent the deterioration of the ride feeling due to the reinforcement of the side wall, to reduce the number of manufacturing process and reduce the manufacturing cost It relates to a pneumatic tire for puncture preparation which can be saved.

In general, the pneumatic tire supports the weight of the vehicle by the air pressure charged in the tire, and when there is no air pressure inside the tire, the inner surface of the tire is in close contact with the rim, thereby preventing driving.

If you drive excessively in this state, even if the sidewall of the tire is damaged and repair the puncture will no longer function as a tire.

As a conventional means for solving such a problem, US Patent 5511599 has been provided to increase the rigidity of the sidewall portion so that the sidewall portion of the tire can support the weight of the vehicle when there is no air pressure inside the tire.

However, the prior art is formed by forming a plurality of carcasses, the skeleton of the tire, and inserting a high hardness reinforcement rubber into the space between the carcasses and the carcasses located in the sidewalls.

In order to increase the rigidity of the sidewalls, a technique of forming a plurality of carcasses and inserting reinforcement rubbers between the carcasses has a lot of difficulties in manufacturing and requires a large number of processes, thus greatly increasing the production cost of the product. There is a flaw to be made.

In addition, the thickness of the side wall portion is increased more than necessary to increase the overall weight of the tire to reduce the fuel efficiency performance, as well as to significantly reduce the riding comfort.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, the present invention is to improve the reinforcement structure of the side wall portion to prevent the deterioration of the ride comfort due to the reinforcement of the side wall portion, can reduce the number of manufacturing process and reduce the manufacturing cost The purpose is to provide a pneumatic tire for puncture.
