Abstract

본 발명은 경사진 도로상에 주차된 차량의 경우, 파크 브레이크(Park Brake)의 고장에 의해서, 경사면을 따라 차량이 움직이면 큰 인명피해 및 차량의 파손을 야기할 수 있는데,특히 경사가 빈번히 발생하는 골프장의 경우 이러한 가능성은 더 크다. 경사진 도로에서 주차된 차량의 브레이크 시스템(Brake System)이 파손되어도 브레이크 보조장치에 의해 차량의 계속적인 미끄러짐 운동을 방지하기 위해서 다음과 같은 장치를 설치했다.
운전자의 유무 판별하기 위한 로드 셀(Load Cell)과 인체 유무센서, 차량의 움직임을 감지하는 휠(Wheel) 회전 감지센서를 설치해서 무인 상태에서 차량의 움직임을 감지하며 콘트롤러(Controller)에서 파크 브레이크의 고장을 판단할 수 있는 센서류를 채택하고, 최종적으로는 움직이는 차량의 제동을 위한 유압 펌프 및 압력센서를 이용, 차량을 멈추게 하고, 비상 경고음이 울리게 하여, 브레이크 고장에 의한 피해를 막을 수 있게한 것이 특징인 차량 자동제동 장치에 관한 것이다.

Description

차량의 자동 제동장치{Automatic Brake System}
본 발명은 운전중인 차량의 제동을 위한 브레이크 장치가 아닌, 정지하고 있어야 할 차량의 움직임을 제동시키는 재난방지를 위한 자동 브레이크 장치이며, 종래에는 이러한 장치가 설치되지 않아 경사면 주치시 많은 위험성을 갖고 있었다.
차량의 경사면 주차 후 운전자가 없을 경우 파크 브레이크(Park Brake)의 고장이 발생하면 차량은 경사로를 따라 자연 구동하여 인명피해 및 차량파손이 발생하는데 이를 방지 하기 위해서는 브레이크 계통에서 일련의 보조장치가 필요하다. 이 보조장치의 기술은 운전자의 유무판별과 차량 움직임 파단, 이를 종합하여 제어할 수 있는 연산장치 (Controller)의 설계가 이뤄져야 하며, 최종 브레이크 기능을 수행하는 유압펌프(Pump) 및 자동 브레이크 기능 완료 후 , 시스템 중지에 필요한 압력센서의 설정값과 위험을 알리는 경고음 장치가 필요하다.

개략도 및 도1에서 차량 자동제동 장치의 구성을 나타냈다.
본 발명은 (1)로드 셀 과 (2)인체 유무 판별센서에 의해 운전자가 없음이 확인 된 상태에서, (9)휠 회전 감지 센서가 작동되면, (3)콘드롤러(Controller)에서 파크 브레이크(Park Brake) 고장으로 인식하여 평소 OFF 상태에 있는 스위치(5)를 0N 시켜서 축전지(4)의 전력으로 유압Pump(6)를 작동시키게 하여 브레이크(8)를 작동시키게 하는 보조 브레이크 장치에 관한 것이다.
스위치(5)를 ON 하면, 경고 부저(Buzzer)(1O)를 울리게 하여 주위 사람으로 하여금 고장을 알리게 하는 구조를 갖고 있으며, 유압튜브(Tube)내에 압력센서(7)를 설치, 자동제동 장치의 작동이 완료되면, 사전에 설정된 압력값과 휠 회전감지 센서(9)에 의해 스위치(5)를 오프(OFF)하여 축전지의 방전을 예방하는 시스템을 겸비한 것이 특징인 자동 제동장치이다.
본 발명의 장치를 골프카(Golf Car)에 장착 함으로써 경사 빈도가 심한 골프장에서의 차량 주치시 파크 브레이크(Park Brake)의 고장이 발생해도 브레이크 보조 장치인 자동 브레이크 시스템의 설치로 큰 인명피해 및 차량 파손을 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 차량의 자동 브레이크 장치(Automatic Brake System)에 있어서 운전자의 운전석 이탈시 파크 브레이크(Park Brake)의 고장 판별을 위한 로드셀(Load Cell)과 인체 감지센서(Sensor)의 동시 감지하에 휠(Wheel) 회전 센서가 작동되면 스위치(5)를 연결 유압펌프를 회전하여 브레이크를 걸게는 시스템.
  2. 1항에 있어서 스위치(5)가 연결(ON)되면 경고 부저(Buzzer)가 울리게 하는 장치
  3. 제1항에 있어서 브레이크가 작동 완료되어 차량이 멈추면 압력센서(7)과 휠Wheel) 회전감지 센서(Sensor)의 정지(OFF) 상태가 되므로 스위치(5)를 차단(OFF)하여 축전지의 방전을 방지하는 구조.
