Claims (8)
- 0.4∼0.7㎛의 크기를 갖는 다수의 미세 입자로 형성된 1∼25㎛ 크기의 거대 입자를 포함하는 하기한 화학식 1의 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질.[화학식 1]
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 x는 1.01∼1.05인 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질에서 니켈의 일부가 Mg, Al 및 Mn으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 금속염으로 치환된 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질.
- 리튬염, 니켈염, 코발트염을 몰비로 0.95∼1.06 : 0.5∼1 : 0∼0.5가 되도록 용매에 용해한 후 킬레이팅화제를 첨가하고 ;상기 혼합물을 가열하여 겔을 제조하고 ;상기 겔을 열분해시켜 유기-무기 전구체를 형성하고 ;상기 전구체를 열처리하는 ;공정을 포함하는 하기한 화학식 1의 리튬 계열 이차 전지용 양극 활물질의 제조 방법.[화학식 1]
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 용매에 Mg, Al 및 Mn으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 금속염을 더욱 첨가하는 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 킬레이팅화제는 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리아크릴산 및 폴리비닐부티랄로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 공정은 700∼900℃에서 실시하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 공정은 700∼900℃에서 1차 열처리 공정을 실시한 후, 400∼600℃에서 실시하는 2차 열처리 공정을 더욱 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질의 제조 방법.
