Abstract

본 고안은 각종 타이어의 낡은 트레드부쪽만을 교환하여 새 타이어로 쓸 수 있도록 한 타이어 구조체에 관한 것임.
종래에는 일반적으로 트레드부가 마모되면 타이어 전체를 버림으로 타이어 원자재의 많은 소모와 소비자의 보다 많은 비용, 폐타이어의 처리문제가 있었음.
본 고안은 바깥 접착홈(1)과 안쪽 접착홈(2)를 붙였다 떼었다 할 수 있는 타이어 구조체임.
본 고안의 타이어 구조체는 타이어 원자재의 소모가 적고 소비자의 타이어 교환 비용을 줄이고 폐타이어의 양을 줄일 수 있다.

본 고안은 각종 타이어의 낡은 트레드부쪽만을 갈아 끼워 새 타이어로 주행할 수 있도록 한 타이어에 관한 구조체이다.
종래에는 일반적으로 타이어의 트레드부가 마모되면 타이어 전체를 버림으로 타이어의 보다 많은 원자재 증대, 소비자의 보다 많은 타이어 교환비용 그리고 폐타이어의 처리문제가 있었다. 본 고안은 상술한 바와 같은 종래의 제반문제점을 해결한 것인바 본 고안의 목적은 타이어를 생산할 때 적은 비용으로 생산할 수 있고, 소비자의 차량유지비를 절감하고 폐타이어의 양을 대폭 감소시켜줄 수 있는 타이어 구조체를 제공하는데 있다.
본 고안에 첨부한 예시도면에 의하여 더욱 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 본 고안에 의한 타이어 구조체는 종래의 타이어 제5도를 제1도와 같은 형태로 하여 바깥 접착홈(1)과 안쪽 접착홈(2)를 붙였다 떼었다 할 수 있는 방법이다.
본 고안의 구조물을 좀더 자세히 설명하면 트레드부 품질과 보호를 위하여 약간의 신축성 있고 튼튼한 보강재 그물망(3)을 설치하면 좋다.
제4도와 같은 형태의 모양이 좋으나 여러가지 모형을 만들 수 있다.
본 고안의 사용방법은 타이어를 갈아 끼우면서 공기를 넣기전에 바깥 접착홈(1)과 안쪽 접착홈(2)를 그림 제4도와 같이 맞추고 공기를 주입하여 안쪽 접착홈(2)쪽을 팽창시켜 바깥 접착홈(1)에 상관되게 밀착시킨다. 이 방법은 통상적인 기술을 가진 자라면 용이하게 실시할 수 있다.
