제조예 1과 비교예들의 건강식품을 가지고 관능검사를 실시하였다. 3~7살의 강아지(말티즈, 포메라니안, 푸들, 골든 리트리버 각각 5마리씩) 20마리를 대상으로, 제조예 1과 비교예들의 건강식품을 동시에 공급하고 기호도를 평가하였다. 각각의 건강식품에 대한 기호도는 9점 척도법(9: 대단히 좋아한다, 8: 좋아한다, 7: 좋은 편이다, 6: 약간 좋다, 5: 좋지도 싫지도 않다, 4: 약간 싫다; 3: 싫은 편이다, 2: 싫어한다, 1: 대단히 싫어한다)에 준하여 기호도 검사를 실시하였다.Sensory tests were conducted on the health foods of Preparation Example 1 and Comparative Examples. (4) 육류 또는 어류에 상기 (1)단계의 제조한 쌀 추출액을 첨가하여 1차 침지하는 단계;
(5) 상기 (4)단계의 1차 침지한 육류 또는 어류를 세척한 후, 상기 (2)단계의 제조한 식물 추출액에 2차 침지하는 단계;
(6) 상기 (5)단계의 2차 침지한 육류 또는 어류를 세척한 후 건조하는 단계;
(7) 상기 (6)단계의 건조한 육류 또는 어류를 상기 (3)단계의 타우린 혼합액에 침지한 후 꺼내고 숙성시키는 단계;
(8) 상기 (7)단계의 숙성시킨 육류 또는 어류를 찌고 분쇄하여 동물성 식재료 분쇄물을 제조하는 단계; 및
(9) 상기 (8)단계의 제조한 동물성 식재료 분쇄물과 야채 분쇄물 및 쌀 분쇄물을 혼합한 혼합물을 멸균하는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물용 건강식품의 제조방법.(1) adding sweet pumpkin powder and water to rice powder, leaving it to stand, and then filtering to prepare a rice extract;

(7) 상기 (6)단계의 건조한 육류 또는 어류를 상기 (3)단계의 타우린 혼합액에 침지한 후 꺼내고 숙성시키는 단계;
(8) 상기 (7)단계의 숙성시킨 육류 또는 어류를 찌고 분쇄하여 동물성 식재료 분쇄물을 제조하는 단계;
(9) 야채 총 중량 기준으로, 당근 15~25 중량%, 파프리카 25~35 중량%, 애호박 15~25 중량%, 양배추 15~25 중량% 및 열무 5~15 중량%를 혼합한 야채를 찌고 분쇄하여 야채 분쇄물을 제조하는 단계;
(10) 쌀을 찌고 분쇄하여 쌀 분쇄물을 제조하는 단계; 및
(11) 혼합물 총 중량 기준으로, 상기 (8)단계의 제조한 동물성 식재료 분쇄물 40~50 중량%, 상기 (9)단계의 제조한 야채 분쇄물 45~55 중량% 및 상기 (10)단계의 제조한 쌀 분쇄물 1~10 중량%를 혼합한 혼합물을 멸균하는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반려동물용 건강식품의 제조방법.(1) adding sweet pumpkin powder and water to rice powder, leaving it to stand, and then filtering to prepare a rice extract;

(5) 상기 (4)단계의 1차 침지한 닭가슴살을 세척한 후, 상기 (2)단계의 제조한 식물 추출액에 1~10℃에서 50~70분 동안 2차 침지하는 단계;
(6) 상기 (5)단계의 2차 침지한 닭가슴살을 세척한 후 12~15℃에서 1~3시간 동안 건조하는 단계;
(7) 상기 (6)단계의 건조한 닭가슴살을 상기 (3)단계의 타우린 혼합액에 1~10℃에서 5~15분 동안 침지한 후 꺼내고 1~10℃에서 50~70분 동안 숙성시키는 단계;
(8) 상기 (7)단계의 숙성시킨 닭가슴살을 5~15분 동안 찌고 분쇄하여 닭가슴살 분쇄물을 제조하는 단계;
(9) 야채 총 중량 기준으로, 당근 15~25 중량%, 파프리카 25~35 중량%, 애호박 15~25 중량%, 양배추 15~25 중량% 및 열무 5~15 중량%를 혼합한 야채를 5~15분 동안 찌고 분쇄하여 야채 분쇄물을 제조하는 단계;
(10) 쌀을 5~15분 동안 찌고 분쇄하여 쌀 분쇄물을 제조하는 단계; 및

(7) immersing the dried chicken breast of step (6) in the taurine mixture of step (3) at 1 to 10°C for 5 to 15 minutes, then taking it out and aging it at 1 to 10°C for 50 to 70 minutes;
(8) steaming the aged chicken breast in step (7) for 5 to 15 minutes and pulverizing it to produce ground chicken breast;
(9) Based on the total weight of vegetables, 5~25% by weight of carrots, 25~35% by weight of paprika, 15~25% by weight of zucchini, 15~25% by weight of cabbage, and 5~15% by weight of radish. steaming for 15 minutes and grinding to prepare ground vegetable matter;
