Abstract
본 발명은 생태계 교란 어종인 배스(Micropterus salmoides)를 포함하는 반려동물용 사료 또는 간식 조성물 및 이를 이용한 사료 또는 간식 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 전체 사료 또는 간식 100 중량부에 대하여 배스 뼈 건조 분말 1 내지 10 중량부, 배스 살 30 내지 50 중량부, 곤약 30 내지 50 중량부, 단호박, 당근, 양배추 및 브로컬리로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 채소 5 내지 30 중량부, 및 차전자피 분말 1 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 반려동물용 사료 또는 간식 조성물 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 반려동물용 사료 또는 간식은 타 어종에 비해 영양이 풍부한 배스와 다양한 영양소와 식이섬유를 가진 천연 재료를 포함하여 제조함으로써, 반려동물들이 고른 영양을 섭취함과 동시에 건강하게 체중 감량할 수 있으며, 비만에 의한 염증 질환을 완화할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a pet food or snack composition containing bass ( Micropterus salmoides ), a fish species that disrupts the ecosystem, and a method for manufacturing feed or snacks using the same. After washing the bass heads and bones, they were dried using a dryer at a temperature of 60°C for more than 16 to 18 hours to remove moisture, and then pulverized into powder. 하기 표 2에 따른 재료를 사용하여 사료(간식)를 제조하였다. 양배추와 브로컬리 외의 재료는 상기 실시예 1과 동일한 방식으로 준비되었으며, 배스 육수를 추가하였다.Feed (snacks) was prepared using the ingredients according to Table 2 below. Ingredients other than cabbage and broccoli were prepared in the same manner as Example 1, and bass broth was added.
배스 육수는 배스 1마리(약 1kg)를 내장을 제거하고 세척한 다음, 95℃의 물에 넣어 2시간 동안 우려서 준비하였다. 배스 육수를 따라낸 후에 남은 건더기 중 배스 뼈는 실시예 1과 같이 건조시켜 분말로 준비하였고, 배스 살은 익혀진 상태라 그대로 이용하였다. 하기 표 3에 따른 재료를 사용하여 사료(간식)를 제조하였다. 양배추·브로컬리 즙을 이용하고 샐러리 즙을 더 추가한 것 외에는 상기 실시예 1과 동일한 방식으로 제조되었다. Feed (snacks) was prepared using the ingredients according to Table 3 below. 상기 실시예 1 내지 3에 따라 제조된 사료 또는 간식에 따른 변화를 확인하기 위해, 상기 제조된 사료 또는 간식을 주변 강아지들에게 간식으로 2주간 급여하였다 (도 4). 다른 간식은 일체 먹이지 않고, 5kg 기준 츄르 봉투 20g에 포장한 양으로 1일 2팩을 급여했다. 한편, 지루성 피부염을 가진 강아지의 경우, 염증이 많아 피부에 진물이 나는 정도의 질병을 가지고 있었는데, 상기 사료를 간식으로 2주간의 급여를 했을 때 유의한 효과를 볼 수 있었다. 강아지 피부의 붉은 염증이 가라앉고 가려움증이 완화되었으며, 피부와 피모가 건강해진 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
