The present invention relates to a conveyor device for transporting goods, and in one embodiment, a sliding bar disposed along the goods transport direction and having a locking portion installed at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction; and a driving device that slides the sliding bar forward and backward along the transport direction.
Description
The present invention relates to a conveyor device, and more specifically, to a conveyor device that can be installed in a water tank and transports goods using a sliding bar.
In general, when agricultural and marine products such as agricultural and marine products are harvested and processed, there are cases where the agricultural and marine products are transported underwater. For example, agricultural and marine products can be divided into baskets of a certain size and the baskets can be moved within a water tank to wash or perform other processing on the agricultural and marine products in the baskets. Conventionally, conveyor belts are used to transport agricultural and marine products underwater. For example, a conveyor belt is installed in the water tank, and baskets are placed on the conveyor belt and transported sequentially.
However, the conveyor belt has a relatively complex belt and its driving configuration. In addition, since the conveyor belt is always underwater, the belt must be cleaned regularly, but since the structure is complex and the surface area of the belt is large, cleaning it is not easy.
1 to 3 are diagrams illustrating a conveyor device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 1 is a plan view of the conveyor device, Figure 2 is a side cross-sectional view, and Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view seen from the front, respectively, schematically and schematically. indicated.
1 to 3, the conveyor device is installed in the
The
In order to reduce friction between the side or bottom surface of the
In one embodiment, the conveyor device according to the present invention includes a
The sliding
The driving
Figure 4 is a perspective view explaining the driving
Each locking
Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, the hook 62 can rotate between a 'locked state' and an 'unlatched state'. The 'locked state' is a state when the tip of the hook 62 is rotated in a direction away from the surface of the sliding
Meanwhile, referring to Figure 4, the upper surface of the sliding
3, the surface height of the second upper surface 52 may be equal to or slightly lower than the height of the lower guides 21 and 22 of the
Therefore, when a step is provided on the upper surface of the sliding
Now, a method for transporting goods by a conveyor device according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 5. Figures 5(a) to 5(d) schematically show the article transport steps according to one embodiment. First, in Figure 5(a), it is assumed that the
Afterwards, the sliding
Therefore, as can be seen by comparing Figures 5(a) and 5(d), the
Figure 6 is a view explaining a conveyor device according to another embodiment and schematically shows a cross section seen from the front of the
1 to 5, the
The first sliding
The second sliding
The
An exemplary method of transporting articles by the conveyor device of FIG. 6 will now be described with reference to FIG. 7 . Figures 7(a) to 7(d) schematically show the article transport steps according to one embodiment. First, in Figure 7(a), it is assumed that the
Afterwards, as shown in FIG. 7(c), the first sliding
Afterwards, as shown in FIG. 7(d), the first sliding
In this way, according to the above embodiment, the
Figures 8 and 9 are views explaining a conveyor device according to another embodiment. Figure 8 is a plan view seen from above the
Referring to Figures 8 and 9, the conveyor device according to one embodiment may include a first sliding
The first sliding
The second sliding
The driving
In one embodiment, the power transmission means 500 may be installed between the first sliding
In the illustrated embodiment, the power transmission means 500 may be composed of a rack and a pinion. A
Figure 10 schematically shows a method of transporting goods according to this configuration. In Figure 10, the driving
Meanwhile, as an alternative embodiment to FIGS. 8 to 10, the driving
In this way, according to the above embodiment, the
As described above, various modifications and variations can be made by those skilled in the art in the field to which the present invention pertains from the description of the above-described specification.
