Claims (11)
자기장을 발생시키는 자성체; 및
상기 자성체의 자기장이 미치는 영역에 배치되며, 상기 타깃 핵산이 부착된 마그네틱 입자를 포함한 샘플 용액과 상기 탐침 핵산을 포함한 시약이 주입되어 상기 타깃 핵산과 상기 탐침 핵산 간의 혼성화 반응이 수행되는 판상의 혼성화 칩을 포함하고,
상기 혼성화 칩은,
상기 샘플 용액과 상기 시약이 주입되는 주입구;
일 단부가 상기 주입구와 연통되고 타 단부가 상기 자성체의 자기장 영역에 위치하여, 상기 주입구에서 유입되는 상기 샘플 용액과 상기 시약에 각각 포함된 상기 타깃 핵산과 상기 탐침 핵산 간의 혼성화 반응이 수행되는 반응 유로;
상기 반응 유로의 상기 타 단부에 형성된 배출구와 연통되어 상기 배출구를 통해 배출되는 상기 혼성화 반응의 잔여 용액이 수용되는 수용 공간; 및
