Abstract

상기 공정 챔버의 측벽에는 상기 처리 공간 및 상기 가스 공급 유닛을 연결하는 가스 공급로가 형성되고,
상기 가스 공급로의 상기 측벽의 내면에 인접한 끝단에는 복수의 통공이 형성된 쉴드(Shield);가 제공되고,
