상기 제 1 기판과 상기 복수의 열전 레그 사이에 배치되는 복수의 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 기판과 상기 복수의 열전 레그 사이에 배치되는 복수의 제 2 전극을 포함하는 전극; 및
상기 열전 레그, 상기 전극의 외면에 배치된 실링부; 를 포함하고,
상기 실링부는 복수의 중공 필러 및 상기 복수의 열전 레그 사이에만 배치된 이격 공간을 포함하고,
상기 중공 필러의 평균 크기는 1㎛ 내지 5㎛이고,
상기 복수의 중공 필러는, 피막 및 상기 피막으로 둘러싸인 내부 공간을 포함하고,
