Description

도막 보호 구조물{PAINT PROTECTION STRUCTURE FOR SHIP}Coating protection structure {PAINT PROTECTION STRUCTURE FOR SHIP}

The present invention relates to a film protective structure.

In general, a coating layer may be applied to the outer plate of a ship to prevent adhesion of marine organisms and to prevent contamination.

A fender may be used to reduce the collision between the quay wall and the vessel when the vessel is berthing to prevent damage to the vessel.

These fenders may be attached to the quay wall or attached to the hull. When the fender is attached to the quay wall, as shown in FIG. 1 , as the ship moves up and down due to the difference between the tides, friction may occur between the outer plate of the hull and the fender, and the coating layer of the ship may be damaged.

On the other hand, when the fender is attached to the hull, the fender moves up and down together with the hull, so that friction with the outer plate of the hull may be relatively small. Accordingly, damage to the coating layer due to friction may be relatively less than when the fender is attached to the quay wall.

As described in the prior literature (Korean Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-2015-0077563), the outer peripheral surface of the fender is provided with an elastic intermediate member and an outer panel to alleviate the impact when the ship is docked. damage can be prevented.

Since the damage to the coating layer is caused by friction between the hull shell plate and the quay wall caused by the vertical or horizontal movement of the hull rather than the collision between the hull and the quay wall, a structure that can reduce the damage to the coating layer by reducing friction may be required.

2015.07.08)Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-2015-0077563 (published on July 8, 2015)

A coating film protection structure that is coupled to the coating layer to reduce friction between the hull and the quay wall or the hull and the fender when berthing a ship and effectively prevent damage to the coating layer due to friction may be provided.

According to an aspect of the present invention, a first coating layer containing PET that is adhered to the paint film of the hull; a first adhesive containing silicon and disposed between the first coating layer and the hull to adhere the first coating layer to the hull; a second coating layer adhered to the first coating layer and containing at least one of polyethylene and glass fiber; and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive containing at least one of silicone and acrylic, disposed between the first coating layer and the second coating layer, and adhering the second coating layer to the first coating layer. can

In addition, the glass fiber contained in the second coating layer may have a dot pattern formed by epoxy.

In addition, the thickness of the second coating layer may be 250 μm or more and 500 μm or less, and the sum of the thickness of the first coating layer and the thickness of the second coating layer may be 1000 μm or more and 1500 μm.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, it is coupled to the coating layer to reduce friction between the hull and the quay wall or the hull and the fender when berthing a ship, and to effectively prevent damage to the coating layer due to friction.

As shown in Table 1 above, when the first coating layer 100 contains PET and the second coating layer 200 contains UHMW-PE, repeated friction resistance and abrasion resistance are higher than when the PET alone coating or the UHMW-PE alone coating is used. This has the effect that it is excellent, corrosion resistance to seawater is excellent, and can be stably maintained even at low temperature or high temperature. In addition, since the manufacturing cost is low, there is an effect that it is easy to produce.
