Description
The present invention relates to a camera module, and more particularly, to a vehicle camera module.
In general, when assembling a camera module, in order to couple a lens barrel in which a lens is accommodated to a housing accommodating components such as a printed circuit board (PCB), respective threads corresponding to the lens barrel and the housing are formed and screwed together. In particular, the camera module for a vehicle attaches great importance to a waterproof or moisture-proof function due to its characteristics, and a waterproof member such as an O-ring is inserted to maintain waterproof or moisture-proof properties. And since the recent trend of manufacturing lenses made of plastic to reduce costs, the camera module needs further enhanced waterproofing and moisture-proofing accordingly.
However, in the conventional camera module, for waterproofing or moisture-proofing, a lens barrel is typically inserted into the housing from the outside of the housing to be coupled, and a space into which the O-ring is inserted has to be secured. When the lens barrel is inserted into the housing from the outside of the housing and coupled, the thickness or volume of the housing or the lens barrel increases to provide an arrangement space for the O-ring, and the design is also complicated, so the joint between the lens barrel and the housing There is a problem in that it becomes vulnerable to waterproofing or moisture-proofing as it increases.
The present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a camera module with enhanced waterproof and moisture-proof while reducing the volume of the camera module.

1 is a diagram schematically showing a cross-section of a camera module according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The

The camera module according to the first embodiment of the present invention may accommodate the
On the other hand, a plurality of

On the other hand, the other end of the
Then, the printed
On the other hand, epoxy ( 500), the lens of the
