Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a large resin panel for a rear projection screen and a method for manufacturing the same. In particular, it has excellent light transmittance and light scattering rate for use as a rear projection screen, and at the same time has excellent strength, which is difficult to manufacture with existing resin panel materials. It relates to a large-sized resin panel for a rear projection screen capable of manufacturing a resin panel and a method for manufacturing the same.
In a display device, as the demand for a large-screen high-definition image increases, the spread of a projector for magnifying and projecting a small image using a projection lens is spreading. These projectors are classified into a front projection projector and a rear projection projector according to a projection method.
The front projection is a method of projecting an image in the same direction as the direction in which the user views the image, and the front projection projector is generally used in a theater or conference room. On the other hand, rear projection is a method of projecting an image in a direction opposite to the user viewing the image. A rear projection projector is provided in a projection TV to produce an image. In addition, the rear projection is used more often than the front projection because a bright screen can be seen even in a bright environment.
In particular, in the case of a screen used for a digital touch display device or an electronic board among the rear projection screens, the computer screen is projected and displayed from the rear of the screen, and a finger or similar object is displayed within 15 mm of the screen surface through an infrared sensor or an infrared camera sensor. When approached, it is recognized as a touch, and in the case of an electronic blackboard for the purpose of writing writing directly on the screen, the touch can be recognized within 10mm to execute writing without continuing the written character.
In the case of the rear projection screen for the electronic board, a tempered glass screen using transparent tempered glass is mostly used in order to minimize the deformation of the screen due to the temperature and humidity of the use environment due to the large size trend of 70 inches or more. .
However, in the case of such a tempered glass screen, it is difficult to remove the diffusing film from the transparent tempered glass after bonding the diffusing film to the transparent tempered glass once. There was a problem in that bonding defects such as bubbles were generated frequently, and the weight increased due to the enlargement of tempered glass due to large-scale production, making it difficult to transport or install on-site, and there was a risk of damage due to impact during transport.
In order to solve this problem, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-0935451 discloses a diffusion film, a transparent mesh, a transparent adhesive layer, and a light absorbing part to lighten the weight to provide ease of transport and installation, and to improve the brightness and uniformity of the screen and a rear projection screen having improved screen clarity and securing a viewing angle.
In addition, in this regard, screens made of transparent plastic have begun to be developed, but problems in other directions have started to arise, such as lower abrasion resistance compared to tempered glass, and bending of the screen as it becomes larger.
In order to solve the above problems and to meet the continuous high-definition needs of large screens of consumers, further research is needed.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a large resin for a rear projection screen that has excellent light transmittance and light scattering rate and at the same time has excellent strength, so that a resin panel of a size that is difficult to manufacture with a conventional resin panel material can be manufactured. A panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided.
