Description
The present invention relates to a cooling module with improved insulation efficiency.
In general, in a heat dissipation system of a power electronic device, a cooling fan and a cooler (heat sink and heat pipe) are disposed inside a case of the power electronic device, and a heat generating element is disposed on the cooler to secure heat dissipation performance.
The heat generated by the power semiconductor is dissipated by the air-cooled heat dissipation structure, and the cooler is an important element of the heat dissipation system and is used to dissipate the heat generated by the heat generating element.
In general, an extruded-type cooler having a low manufacturing cost and excellent heat dissipation performance is mainly used for coolers such as heat sinks and heat pipes.
Therefore, a swaged-type or a bonded-type in which a pin and an upper and lower plate are separately manufactured and combined due to practical limitations such as manufacturing equipment and unit cost are also used.
On the other hand, in the case of the conventional heat dissipation system, there is no insulator between the cooler and the heating element, there is a problem that an electric short occurs.
Accordingly, recently, a heat dissipation system for preventing an electric short that may occur between the cooler and the heating element in advance by disposing an insulator between the cooler and the heating element has been developed.
However, in the case of the above-described heat dissipation system, there is a problem in that the insulation efficiency and heat dissipation efficiency are deteriorated as the insulator is spaced apart from the cooler and the heating element due to various internal and external factors, and foreign substances are introduced into the spaced gap.
