Description
The present invention relates to an MLCC chip separating device, and more particularly, to an MLCC chip separating device for separating the MLCC chips so that they do not stick to each other after being cut into MLCC chips.
MLCC(Multi Layer Ceramic Capacitor, 적층 세라믹 캐패시터)는 반도체에 전기를 일정하게 공급할 수 있는 기능을 갖는다. MLCC (Multi Layer Ceramic Capacitor, multilayer ceramic capacitor) has a function of constantly supplying electricity to a semiconductor. The MLCC is recognized as an essential component in a semiconductor circuit. MLCC can function as a capacitor by stacking several layers. Recently, as circuits including semiconductors are miniaturized, MLCCs have also been miniaturized, and in order to mass-produce small-sized MLCCs, a method of manufacturing and cutting a single sheet is widely used.
In relation to such an MLCC manufacturing apparatus, Korean Patent Registration No. 1827479 is disclosed. However, these MLCCs are heated to a predetermined temperature during cutting in consideration of the characteristics of the ceramic material. The ceramic material of MLCC has a lower hardness as the temperature rises, preventing the breaking of the base material during cutting.
However, since the physical properties of the chips change in a heated state, a state in which adjacent chips are in contact with each other after being cut occurs, and when cooled to room temperature, the chips may harden in a stuck state, thereby increasing the defect rate.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an MLCC chip separation device capable of solving the problem of attachment between chips that may occur after cutting the conventional MLCC into chips.

This can be the widest.
In addition, the plurality of MLCC chips may be naturally cooled in a state in which an interval between adjacent MLCC chips is widened by the separation unit.
On the other hand, the plurality of MLCC chips may further include a cooling unit configured to be forcibly cooled in a state in which an interval between adjacent MLCC chips is widened by the separation unit.
Meanwhile, the cooling unit may be provided on one side of the separation unit, and may be configured to spray the cooling gas in a direction facing the MLCC chip.
In addition, the separation unit may be configured to sequentially increase the distance between the plurality of MLCC chips as the plurality of MLCC chips attached to the fixing sheet enter the curved path.
Meanwhile, the transfer unit may include a belt configured to be transferred in a state in which a plurality of MLCC chips are seated on the outer surface.
In addition, the conveying unit includes a roller formed with a predetermined curvature to determine the conveying path by supporting the belt, and the separating unit may include a supporting unit formed on one side corresponding to the curvature of the roller and spaced apart from the roller by a predetermined distance. .
Meanwhile, the transfer unit may be controlled to return to the transfer unit when the plurality of MLCC chips are cooled to a predetermined temperature or less while entering the separation unit.
On the other hand, the separation roller may be composed of an elastic member.
Meanwhile, the transfer unit includes a first belt and a second belt disposed in the vertical direction, and may be moved while being supported by a lower second belt to prevent the MLCC chip passing through the curved path from falling.
Also, the first belt and the second belt may be controlled to rotate in opposite directions to each other.
