Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a battery rack accommodating a battery pack capable of preventing an explosion by immersing the battery pack in a fluid.
Recently, research on replacing energy sources with electric energy is being conducted. In particular, in the case of automobiles, in order to solve problems such as environmental pollution and resource depletion by using fossil fuels, electric vehicles using electric energy as a power source, battery packs used for industry, etc. are being distributed. In particular, when a battery pack is used as a means of providing energy for industries or buildings, the environment in which the battery is placed is important. . That is, since the stable operation of the battery pack can lead to the stable operation of the device, there are concerns about the problem related to the stability of the battery. Among the stability problems of various battery packs, the explosion problem is the biggest, and technology for preventing explosion and technology for reducing damage in case of explosion have been studied. For example, when the temperature rises above a predetermined temperature by detecting overheating of the battery among the technologies to prevent explosions, the heat exchanger is driven or the technology performs the function of the battery while constantly exposed to the heat exchanger. is known However, this technology has a problem in that a separate energy source for driving the heat exchanger must be provided, and exposing the battery to a constant cooling environment requires greater energy consumption.

The present invention relates to a
For example, a cable corresponding to a converter may include one or more covering parts that cover a core part that is a conductor. Specifically, the first coating may be each coating having heat resistance, the second coating having adhesion resistance and moisture resistance, the third coating having insulation and adhesive properties, and the fourth coating having properties of gas and moisture barrier. Through this structure, the cable can be used in the range of minus 20 degrees to minus 80 degrees.
Hereinafter, a
1 is a view showing a
Referring to Figure 1, the
Here, it further includes an inlet valve disposed on the
For example, it may further include a temperature sensor disposed on the side of the
That is, it further includes a temperature sensor disposed on the
Of course, this is only an embodiment, and the temperature sensor is provided in each of the first battery 151 , the
On the other hand, it may further include a power management system 180 (PMS; Power Management System) electrically connected to the immersion battery 150 by the
In this example, one
In the case of the
Meanwhile, the
As an example of such a flow, the fluid is introduced into the
