Claims (3)

중앙에 캐비티(30)를 형성하여 가공물(1)을 성형하는 가동금형(20) 및 고정금형(10)과;
상기 고정금형(10)을 지지하며, 상기 가동금형(20)과의 사이에 금형작동 실린더(50)가 설치된 프레임부(40)와;
상기 프레임부(40)에 일단이 고정되며 타단은 가동금형(20)에 고정되어 가동금형(20)의 작동에 따라 함께 거동하며, 가동금형(20)이 가공물(1)을 성형하는 제 1 위치에 위치하였을 때 내부의 공기 체적이 가장 크게 되고, 성형후 가공물(1)을 분리하기 위해 고정금형(10)으로부터 이탈된 제 2 위치에 가동금형(20)이 위치하였을 때 내부의 공기 체적이 가장 작게 되는 에어 실린더(60)와;
상기 에어 실린더(60)의 공기 체적의 변화에 따라 분출되는 공기를 상기 캐비티(30) 측으로 분사하기 위해 상기 가동금형(20) 또는 상기 고정금형(10), 또는 상기 가동금형(20) 및 상기 고정금형(10)에 형성되는 공기관로(70)를 포함하고,
상기 공기관로(70)에는 에어 실린더(60)에서 나온 공기를 상기 가동금형(20) 및 상기 고정금형(10), 상기 가동금형(20), 상기 고정금형(10) 중 하나로 공급할 수 있는 방향절환밸브(80)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형으로부터 가공물을 분리하기 위한 구조.
