The second
The first
The
Furthermore, the
2 is a cross-sectional view of a photovoltaic/solar thermal power generation device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As described above, the
The second
The second
3 is a graph illustrating a wavelength band that a fluid absorbs or does not absorb according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As described above, when the fluid is water, water has a low absorptivity for light in a
Referring back to FIG. 2 , when the fluid is water, the second
When light is incident on the second
Inside the second
The first
In order to support the first
4 is a view illustrating a solar cell module according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a plan view of the solar cell module according to another embodiment of the present invention.
The second
6 is a cross-sectional view of a second solar cell.
Referring to FIG. 6 , a typical second
The
Accordingly, while the amount of current generated by the
In this case, the power generation efficiency of the second
Here, the area is the total area of the solar cell, P is the power of incident light, I max is the maximum value of the current generated in the solar cell, and V max is the maximum value of the voltage generated in the solar cell . Since the total area of the solar cell is already a fixed factor and the power of the incident light cannot be adjusted when the incident light is sunlight, it is substantially among the factors affecting the power generation efficiency of the second
Each of the
Referring again to FIGS. 4 and 5 , the second
The first
The
Furthermore, the
9 is an enlarged view of the passivation layer applied on the first solar cell according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 9 , the
Referring back to FIGS. 4 and 5 , the
