Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a gas engine driven heat pump system, and in particular, by improving a heat pump system that performs cooling and heating using a gas engine as a driving source, selectively heat exchange between high temperature exhaust gas and refrigerant generated during operation of the gas engine. , As a device for reducing the occurrence of noise and vibration while easily performing maintenance, it relates to a device capable of improving operating efficiency and maximizing market competitiveness and market competitiveness for a gas engine driven heat pump system.
In general, heat has the property of moving from a high temperature to a low temperature. The heat pump, on the contrary, plays a role of raising heat from a low temperature to a high temperature. At first, it uses compressed refrigerants such as refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners. It was developed to evaporate and take away heat from the surroundings.
In recent years, it has been used to encompass a cooling device that transmits a low-temperature heat source to a high temperature by using the heat generation or condensation heat of a refrigerant, a heating device that transmits a high-temperature heat source to a low temperature, and a combined cooling and heating device.
These heat pumps are composed of compressors, evaporators, condensers, and expansion valves, and are configured to repeat the cycle of evaporating the refrigerant compressed at high temperature and high pressure from the compressor during heating and then sending it to the condenser to blow out high temperature heat to the outside where the temperature is low. Conversely, when cooling, the condenser acts as an evaporator and the evaporator acts as a condenser, so that the condensed refrigerant exchanges heat with the hot outside air to cool the target point for cooling.
In such a heat pump, it is common to use electric power as the driving source of the compressor. However, in the case of adopting a compressor that drives an electric motor using electric power as the driving source, temporary buildings such as a container house or new construction site are temporarily installed. Likewise, there are many limitations in applying a heat pump that uses power as a driving source to a place where a power supply line is not established.
In order to solve this problem, engine-driven heat pumps are being developed in various forms.
However, the conventional engine-driven heat pump simply cannot recover the waste heat of the engine and discharges it into the atmosphere as it is, so the efficiency is low, it is difficult to reduce the occurrence of noise and vibration, and maintenance is also cumbersome. there was.
The present invention is to solve the above problems, by selectively exchanging high-temperature exhaust gas and refrigerant generated during operation of a gas engine to improve operation efficiency, reduce noise and vibration, and facilitate maintenance. Of course, as the heights of the fixed scroll blades and the rotating scroll blades are gradually lowered, the bottom surfaces of the fixed scroll blades and the rotating scroll blades are configured to be gradually increased in a helical direction corresponding thereto.
In this case, as shown in FIG. 8, a power transmission means such as a belt or a chain may be connected so that each of the

Accordingly, the two
For example, in a 70% driving state of the
In addition, the 30% driving state of the
In addition, in a driving state of less than 50% of the
For example, only the
Therefore, in the present invention, by alternately driving the two
In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, as the two

Accordingly, two
Of course, a total of four
For example, of the
Accordingly, it is possible to supply a relatively small amount of oil to the
Of course, by simultaneously opening and closing the
Therefore, by selectively opening and closing the

That is, in the present invention, it is preferable that all configurations except for the
At the top of the four corners of the
In addition, it is preferable to protrude
At this time, the
In addition, the height of the
It is also possible to store or install a plurality of
In addition, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6, the
In this way, as the
In addition, by providing a refrigerant pipe on one side of the
In addition, in the present invention, the
At this time, the
In particular, in the present invention, one side of the
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, two
In the drawing, the
In addition, the lower end of the
According to this configuration, when the
As a result, the tension of the belt that transmits rotational force from the
Conversely, when the
Accordingly, the tension of the belt that transmits rotational force from the
As a result, it is possible to easily adjust the tension of the belt that transmits the rotational force of the
Finally, in the present invention, the
The butyl-based thermoplastic resin tape is flexible before heating, but once heated, it retains its shape and shrinks and solidifies.
The
Accordingly, the gas engine driven heat pump system of the present invention configured as described above improves operation efficiency by selectively exchanging high-temperature exhaust gas and refrigerant generated during operation of the gas engine, reducing the occurrence of noise and vibration while maintaining maintenance. It is an invention with an excellent advantage of maximizing market competitiveness and market competitiveness for a gas engine driven heat pump system because it can be easily repaired.
