Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a freeze passage system for tunnels and facilities, and more specifically, to form an induction pipe at an outlet through which fluid leaks, and by applying a constant heat source to the inside of the induction pipe, the fluid is discharged while the induction pipe is not frozen. To prevent the damage of facilities and vehicles and the injuries of passengers by frozen icicles, it is possible to prevent people passing through the tunnel from being injured by icicles. It's about the system.
In recent years, many tunnels are being built across the road to shorten the road. Since tunnels are made through the lower part of the mountain, when rain or snow melts and flows to the lower part, a leak may occur in the ceiling of the tunnel. In addition, it is a reality that a leak occurs partially in the ceiling in an old tunnel or a poorly constructed tunnel, and even if it is repaired, it is difficult to completely catch the leak.
When a leak occurs in the ceiling of a tunnel, the tunnel interior falls to a sub-zero temperature in winter, and the leaked ground water often freezes with icicles. The icicle on the ceiling of the tunnel due to a leak in the tunnel may fall downward due to wind or vibration caused by the vehicle when the vehicle passes.
In addition, not only tunnels passing through the ground, but also many facilities that form a tunnel on the structure, often leaks due to snow or rain melting from the ceiling of the facility due to poor construction and aging of the facility, and icicles often occur during the winter season. many.
Therefore, there is a problem that a lot of manpower is being input to remove the freezing portion of the tunnel or the ceiling of the facility, and if the icicle is confirmed, the work environment is difficult, such as people climbing up a ladder to remove the icicle. In addition, there were problems such as the cost of the input of a large number of manpower to remove icicles in winter and the occurrence of safety accidents that may occur during icicle removal. In addition, there were problems such as a case where a vehicle passing through a tunnel or a facility is damaged by falling icicles or a person suffering from a icicle falling through a tunnel or facility during the winter season.
The present invention has been devised to solve the above problems, and forms an induction pipe through which the fluid of the leaked portion can flow, and prevents freezing of the fluid discharged through the induction pipe by applying a heat source to the periphery of the induction pipe. The aim is to provide a freeze protection system for tunnels and facilities.

In the present invention, the induction pipe on the upper side of the lower communication portion is characterized in that a path guide plate is further formed to prevent the fluid flowing along the induction pipe from flowing into the hot air side through the lower communication portion.
The anti-icing passage system for tunnels and facilities according to the present invention prevents damage to a vehicle or facility due to formation of ice such as icicles because the fluid leaking from the ceiling of the tunnel and facility can flow through the induction pipe without freezing. And, there is an advantage that can prevent the injury to the human body by the fall of freezing.
