Abstract
Description
본 발명은 정전식 공기 청정 필터 및 이를 이용한 정전식 공기 청정 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an electrostatic air cleaning filter and an electrostatic air cleaning device using the same.
일반 전기 집진식 공기청정기는 코로나 방전을 이용하여 공기 중에 있는 미세먼지를 대전시킨다. 이후, 일반 전기 집진식 공기청정기는 코로나 방전기 후단에 있는 전기 집진부를 통해 미세먼지를 포집하는 방식을 이용한다. 이러한 코로나 방전을 이용하는 전기 집진기에서는 소량이나마 오존이 발생하게 된다. A general electrostatic precipitating air purifier charges fine dust in the air using corona discharge. Thereafter, the general electrostatic precipitating air purifier uses a method of collecting fine dust through the electrostatic precipitator at the rear end of the corona discharger. In such an electrostatic precipitator using corona discharge, even a small amount of ozone is generated.
Ozone is managed at 30 ppb or less in the case of a general air purifier. Most electrostatic precipitator air cleaners meet these ozone generation specifications. However, since even small amounts of ozone are generated, consumers do not want ozone itself. Conventional electrostatic precipitator air cleaners use ordinary corona discharge to remove dust, and ozone is inevitably generated. Therefore, there is a need for an air purifier that does not generate ozone at all.
본 발명의 실시 예들은 도전체의 비대칭인 도전 패턴을 통해 불균일한 전기장을 발생시켜 공기 중의 먼지 입자를 포획함으로써, 오존이 발생하지 않고 집진 특성을 향상시킬 수 있는, 정전식 공기 청정 필터 및 이를 이용한 정전식 공기 청정 장치를 제공하고자 한다.According to embodiments of the present invention, by generating a non-uniform electric field through an asymmetric conductive pattern of a conductor to trap dust particles in the air, ozone is not generated and the dust collecting characteristics can be improved. It is intended to provide a capacitive air cleaning device.

On the other hand, the description of the genetic migration is as follows. When particles such as fine dust without polarity are under an electric field, electric charges are induced along the direction of the electric field at the particle surface to cause polarization. If the applied electric field is uniform, since the magnitudes of the electrostatic forces acting on the left and right sides of the polarized particles are the same, the resultant force acting on the particles becomes 0 and the particles do not move. However, when the electric field acting on the particles is non-uniform, the size of the electrostatic force acting on the particles is different, so the particles undergo translational motion according to the gradient of the electric field. At this time, if the polarization of the particles is greater than the polarization of the material surrounding the particles, the particles move to a strong electric field (positive dielectric migration, positive DEP). Conversely, when the polarizability of the particles is less than that of the surrounding material, the particles move in a weak direction (negative electrophoresis, negative DEP). And of course, the fine dust particles with polarity move toward the opposite polarity.
The electrostatic
An embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1 will be described. Connect the '+' electrode to the
However, unlike one embodiment of the present invention, if the
That is, the electrostatic
도 2 및 도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 사용되는 도전체의 예시를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.2 and 3 are views for explaining an example of a conductor used in an embodiment of the present invention.
제1 및 제2 도전체(111 및 112)는 도전성 직포, 도전성 부직포, 및 도전성 필름 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다. The first and
도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 및 제2 도전체(111 및 112)는 도전성 직포로 형성되거나 도전성 직포를 포함할 수 있다. 변형 예로, 제1 및 제2 도전체(111 및 112)는 일부만 도전성 직포로 형성되거나 도전성 직포를 포함할 수 있다. 2, the first and
도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 및 제2 도전체(111 및 112)는 도전성 부직포로 형성되거나 도전성 부직포를 포함할 수 있다. 변형 예로, 제1 및 제2 도전체(111 및 112)는 일부만 도전성 부직포로 형성되거나 도전성 부직포를 포함할 수 있다. 3, the first and
Here, the woven fabric refers to one made through a woven process by spinning, weaving, or knitting. The woven fabric may have a fiber aggregate structure aggregated in a certain direction. The non-woven fabric refers to a fabric having a shape in which the fiber aggregates are bonded to each other by chemical or mechanical action or proper moisture and heat treatment without spinning, weaving, or knitting. The nonwoven fabric may have a fiber aggregate structure aggregated in a random direction.
As such, the conductive woven fabric of FIG. 2 or the conductive nonwoven fabric of FIG. 3 may be included in the
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시 예에 따른 정전식 공기 청정 필터의 구성을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.4 is a view for explaining the configuration of the electrostatic air cleaning filter according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 4, the electrostatic
As described above, according to another embodiment of the present invention, a conductive film may be used instead of the conductive woven fabric or conductive nonwoven fabric shown in FIG. 1. Since the conductive film has a smooth surface, dust particles may adhere to external shocks even if dust particles are adhered to it due to the dielectrophoretic force. On the other hand, when a conductive woven fabric or a conductive nonwoven fabric is used, there is an advantage in that the adhered dust particles do not easily fall off even with external impact. However, a conductive film may be used in place of the conductive woven fabric or the nonwoven fabric, and is not limited to a specific conductive material. As described above, according to another embodiment of the present invention, it is easy to fabricate using a non-conductive film to hold a wrinkle pattern on a conductive woven fabric or a conductive non-woven fabric and isolate the '+' pole and the '-' pole.
The electrostatic
도 6은 본 발명의 다른 실시 예에 따른 정전식 공기 청정 필터의 원통형 구조를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.6 is a view for explaining the cylindrical structure of the electrostatic air cleaning filter according to another embodiment of the present invention.
The electrostatic
제1 부도체(621)의 바깥쪽에 위치한 도전성 필름을 포함하는 제1 도전체(611)와 제1 부도체(621)의 안쪽에 위치한 도전성 필름을 포함하는 제2 도전체(612) 사이에 불규칙한 전계가 형성된다. 왜냐하면, 제1 도전체(611)과 제2 도전체(612)의 원주가 다르기 때문이다. There is an irregular electric field between the
Conductors comprising such a conductive film are particularly useful for removing fine dust. Because, it is easier to clean the oily oil that is attached to the conductive film when removing fine dust than the conductive woven fabric or the conductive non-woven fabric, thereby extending the life of the filter. On the other hand, since the air purifier using the HEPA filter structure is easily blocked by pores in the fine oil particles, it is not easy to use the HEPA filter type air purifier in many oily places such as meat shops.
도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 적층된 제1 및 제2 도전체(611 및 612)를 환상으로 말은 정전식 공기 청정 필터(100)는 제1 및 제2 부도체(621 및 622) 사이에 공기가 통과하면서 미세먼지 입자가 포획할 수 있다. 도 6과 같이, 실제 사용시는 달팽이 모양으로 원통이나 다각형으로 여러 겹으로 감아서 사용하게 된다.As shown in FIG. 6, the electrostatic
