Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an allergy diagnostic chip and a method for manufacturing the allergy diagnostic chip.
Diagnostic chips for analyzing components in a sample are generally manufactured by coating an antigen or the like on a fixture in the form of a membrane. Thereafter, various biological information can be obtained by reacting the antigen to be coated on the prepared diagnostic chip with the sample to be analyzed.
Such a diagnostic chip can be classified into a dot type and a line type. The dot diagnostic chip refers to a diagnostic chip coated with an antigen or the like on a fixture in a dot form, and the line diagnostic chip refers to a diagnostic chip coated with an antigen or the like on a fixture. Among these, the dot-type diagnostic chip is cumbersome to coat the antigen or the like on the fixture in the form of dots. On the other hand, the line-type diagnostic chip has an advantage in terms of productivity because it can be used in the form of a strip by coating the antigen or the like on a fixture in a line form and then cutting it into a desired form.
In such a line-type diagnostic chip, the smaller the distance between the lines formed by the coating, the greater the number of lines coated over the same area, so that more information can be obtained with only one detection. Therefore, in the case of the line type diagnostic chip, it is necessary to achieve high integration to maximize the number of lines coated over the same area.
Accordingly, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to manufacture an allergy diagnostic chip which is more integrated than the prior art.

Chip manufacturing method and chip manufacturing apparatus
1 is a perspective view showing the structure of a manufacturing apparatus that can be used in the allergy diagnostic chip manufacturing method according to the present invention, Figure 2 is a side showing the structure of a manufacturing apparatus that can be used in the allergy diagnostic chip manufacturing method according to the present invention It is a cross section.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the allergy diagnostic chip manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention (10, hereinafter referred to as a 'manufacturing apparatus') includes an
The lower portion of the
Meanwhile, referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a
1 and 2, the allergy diagnostic chip manufacturing method according to the present invention includes an
3 is a plan view showing the structure of the suction unit of the manufacturing apparatus that can be used in the present invention, Figure 4 is a side cross-sectional view showing the structure of the suction unit of the manufacturing apparatus that can be used in the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
As described above, the solution containing the antigen contained in the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
In addition, the
Therefore, the allergy diagnostic chip manufacturing method according to the present invention forms a negative pressure (negative pressure) that is lower than the normal pressure (normal pressure) inside the
On the other hand, the negative pressure in the negative pressure forming portion, it may be formed by the air in the negative pressure forming portion is discharged to the outside. Thereafter, air is introduced into the negative pressure forming unit in the coating unit forming step, so that the pressure in the negative pressure forming unit is gradually increased. Then, when the pressure in the negative pressure forming portion is equal to the normal pressure, the coating portion forming step may be terminated.
In the coating part forming step of the allergy diagnostic chip manufacturing method according to the invention, the negative pressure may be formed for 7 seconds to 120 seconds. When the negative pressure is formed in less than 7 seconds in the coating portion forming step, a problem may occur that the solution containing the antigen is not properly coated in a line form on the membrane in the process of coating the antigen on the membrane. On the contrary, when the negative pressure is formed over 120 seconds in the coating part forming step, too much time is consumed in the process of coating the antigen on the membrane, thereby reducing productivity. More preferably, the negative pressure in the coating forming step may be formed for 7 seconds to 90 seconds.
In addition, in the coating part forming step, the difference between the negative pressure and the normal pressure may be 1.8bar to 2.2bar. When the difference between the negative pressure and the atmospheric pressure is less than 1.8 bar in the coating part forming step, the rate of spraying the solution in the
Referring back to FIGS. 1 and 2, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the pressurizing
Therefore, the allergy diagnostic chip manufacturing method according to the present invention may further include a pressing step of further pressing a portion of the upper region of the coating unit so that the membrane can be in close contact with the bottom. The pressing step according to the present invention may be performed between the membrane providing step and the coating forming step.
1 and 2, a stepped
5 is a perspective view showing an example of the structure of an upper plate of the manufacturing apparatus that can be used in the present invention, Figure 6 is a plan view showing an example of the structure of an upper plate of the manufacturing apparatus that can be used in the present invention, Figure 7 Is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of the upper plate cut along the line AA of FIG.
As illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 7, the
Meanwhile, in one example of the
Widths of the plurality of
On the other hand, in the coating portion forming step as described above, the solution containing the antigen is discharged through the plurality of
In this case, as illustrated in FIG. 7, the plurality of
Meanwhile, the plurality of internal spaces formed by the plurality of
Therefore, the solution containing the antigen supplied through one of the
The thickness of the plurality of

The

In the following, the description overlapping with the description of the example of the upper plate of the description of the other example of the upper plate will be omitted, and will be described mainly on the content different from the example of the upper plate.
8 to 9, according to another example, the

In addition, the
On the other hand, the

As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the

As shown in FIG. 13, the allergy
The allergy
The allergy
Since the allergy

On the other hand, even though the present invention controls the difference between the normal pressure and the negative pressure in the coating forming step within a certain numerical range may damage the membrane. Therefore, in order to prevent the problem, the step of providing a membrane of the allergy diagnostic chip manufacturing method according to the present invention, a plate for damaging the membrane due to the difference between the negative pressure and the normal pressure between the

In addition, both sides of the upper plate were gripped by the side pressing portion, and then the side pressing portion and the central pressing portion were moved downward to bring the upper plate into close contact with the lower plate and the membrane. In addition, the air inside the negative pressure forming portion of the suction unit was discharged to create a negative pressure state as low as 2 bar than the normal pressure.
Subsequently, by opening the flow path of the suction unit, external air flowed into the negative pressure forming unit to coat a solution containing the antigen on the membrane to prepare a diagnostic chip. The flow path of the suction unit was opened for 7 seconds. As air flowed into the negative pressure forming portion, the pressure in the negative pressure forming portion gradually increased, and after the coating was completed, the pressure in the negative pressure forming portion reached the normal pressure.

As shown in Figure 14 (a), in the comparative example it was confirmed that a part of the solution containing the antigen is spread around the line coated on the diagnostic chip. That is, in the case of the comparative example it can be confirmed that the coating is not properly made on the membrane because the time to form the negative pressure is not sufficiently secured.
As shown in (b) to (e) of Figure 14, in the case of Examples 1 to 4 it was confirmed that the coating was normally made only on the line coated on the diagnostic chip.
2Experimental Example 2
In the diagnostic chip prepared according to Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples, the thickness t of the coating layer coated with the antigen-containing solution and the distance d between the coating layers were measured.
In the diagnostic chip prepared according to Examples 1 to 4, the thickness t of the coating layers was measured to be 0.4 mm, respectively, and the distance d between the coating layers was measured to be 0.75 mm. Therefore, the ratio (t / d) of the thickness t of the coating to the spacing d between the coatings was measured to be 0.533.
On the other hand, in the case of the comparative example, because the solution was not uniformly coated and a part of the solution spread around the coated line, the thickness of the coating layer and the distance between the coating layers could not be measured.
