Description

[0001] Textile fabric floor sheet having stain resistance [0002]

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a textile flooring material having improved stain resistance, and more particularly, to a textile flooring material improved in stain resistance by subjecting a surface of a woven fabric having a large number of irregularities to a second surface treatment.

Generally, flooring materials used in residential space buildings are mainly based on petroleum resin such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

The flooring material using polyvinyl chloride or the like is manufactured by extrusion or car rendering method using a resin such as polyvinyl chloride.

In this case, the polyvinyl chloride resin raw material may become a bottleneck in the supply and demand of raw materials in the future due to depletion of petroleum resources, as it is based on petroleum resources.

In addition, polyvinyl chloride flooring needs to be avoided in terms of environmental friendliness since many harmful substances are generated when using or disposing.

Recently, a flooring material based on environmentally friendly resins has been proposed instead of polyvinyl chloride flooring. For example, it has been conventionally filed with Korean Patent No. 10-1404296 (name of the invention: PLA flooring material having a fabric surface) in the past.

However, the fabric used in the conventional floor material is a fabric made of plastic material having a diameter of about 0.4 to 1.0 mm, which is woven, and there are many shadows due to bending and weaving.

Specifically, the thermosetting type surface treatment agent requires a high temperature of 140 캜 or higher, and there is a concern that the woven shape of the fabric during the surface treatment may be deformed.

Particularly, ultraviolet ray hardening type surface treatment agent requires ultraviolet rays hard to harden, but the surface treatment agent penetrated into the shadow part according to the type of woven fabric is not cured. As a result, there is a problem that the stain resistance is weak and the smell is caused.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a fabric flooring in which the surface contamination resistance is improved by performing at least a second surface treatment on the surface of a fabric woven during fabrication of the fabric flooring.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a textile flooring material having improved stain resistance, comprising: an upper resin layer; A fabric layer formed on the upper resin layer; A primary surface treatment layer formed on top of the fabric layer; And a secondary surface treatment layer formed on the primary surface treatment layer.

In this case, the first surface treatment layer is formed by applying a first paint of a thermal drying method.

The first coating material is characterized in that an acrylic resin is diluted with a solvent.

The coating amount of the first coating material is 10 to 100 g / m 2.

The secondary surface treatment layer is formed by applying a second coating material of an ultraviolet curing type.

And the second paint is a urethane-acrylic resin.

The coating amount of the second coating material is 10 to 100 g / m 2.

Further, the fabric layer is characterized in that a plastic fiber having a diameter of 0.3 to 1.0 mm is woven.

The fibers may be made of one or more of polyester, nylon, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic olefin (TPO), urea resin, PLA (poly lactic acid) .

The fibers may be formed in a core-shell type multi-layer structure, wherein one or more of polyester and nylon resins are selectively used as the core resin, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC), TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin), Urethane resin, PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) and biodegradable resin.

The weaving pattern of the fabric layer is characterized by twill, plain weave, and zigzag.

Further, the fabric layer is characterized in that yarns of different colors are used in combination.

Further, a lower layer of the upper resin layer may further include a dimensionally stable layer.

Further, a lower layer is formed under the dimensionally stable layer.

The lower layer is formed by selecting one or more of a non-foam layer, a foam layer, a woven fabric, and a nonwoven fabric.

According to the present invention, the surface treatment is performed in such a manner that the primary surface treatment layer and the secondary surface treatment layer are sequentially formed on the surface of the woven fabric layer in the process of manufacturing the fabric flooring material, It is possible to improve the surface quality such as scratch resistance and abrasion resistance of the flooring.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a side cross-sectional view showing a laminated structure of an anti-fouling fabric bottom according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In the drawings, the same reference numerals as in the drawings denote the same elements in the drawings, unless they are indicated on other drawings.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a side cross-sectional view showing a laminated structure of an anti-fouling fabric bottom according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG.

Referring to FIG. 1, a fabric floor material 100 with improved stain resistance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a lower layer 110, a dimension-stabilizing layer 120, an upper resin layer 130, A surface treatment layer 150, and a secondary surface treatment layer 160.

The configuration of the present invention will be described in detail as follows.

The lower layer 110 and the dimension stabilizing layer 120 constitute a lower structure of the fabric flooring 100. The lower layer 110 and the dimension stabilizing layer 120 are formed at the lower portion of the upper resin layer 130 to capture the overall flexural balance of the flooring, It gives a sense of volume.

The lower layer 110 and the dimension stabilizing layer 120 may be selectively used as needed. However, in the present invention, the lower layer 110 and the dimension stabilizing layer 120 may be omitted. .

In this case, one or more of the non-foam layer, the foam layer, the woven fabric, and the non-woven fabric may be selectively laminated on the lower layer 110.

The upper resin layer 130 is formed on the dimension-stabilizing layer 120 to provide elasticity to the flooring. The upper resin layer 130 may be formed by selectively laminating one or more of a foam layer and a non-foam layer.

The upper resin layer 130 may be formed using a PLA resin, and may include a non-phthalate plasticizer, an acrylic copolymer, and the like. Preferably, the upper resin layer 130 comprises 5 to 60 parts by weight of a nonphthalate plasticizer, 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of an acrylic copolymer as a melt strength enhancer, and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a lubricant, based on 100 parts by weight of the PLA resin Or more.

The thickness of the upper resin layer 130 is preferably 1.0 to 5.0 mm. If the thickness of the upper resin layer 130 is less than 1.0 mm, molding may be difficult. If the thickness of the upper resin layer 130 is more than 5.0 mm, the cost of the flooring material may increase.

The fabric layer 140 is formed on the upper resin layer 130 to provide a natural reality according to the tactile and weaving pattern of the fabric itself. The fabric layer 140 is preferably formed by weaving fibers of plastic material having a diameter of 0.3 to 1.0 mm. If the thickness of the thread is thinner than 0.3 mm, it is easily worn and durability is insufficient. If the thickness of the thread is thicker than 1 mm, there is a problem that the increase of the physical properties is small and the manufacturing cost is increased.

In this case, the fibers may be made of one or more of polyester, nylon, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic olefin (TPO), urea resin, PLA (poly lactic acid) .

The weaving pattern of the fabric layer 140 may be selected from twill, plain weave, and zigzag pattern.

The fabric layer 140 may be woven using two or more different colors of yarns to vary the appearance.

Further, the fabric layer 140 may be formed in a core-shell type multi-layer structure to improve the physical properties of the fabric.

At this time, it is possible to selectively use one or more of polyester and nylon resins having high tensile strength as core resin. As a resin for shell, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic olefin (TPO), urethane resin , PLA (Poly Lactic Acid), and biodegradable resin can be selectively used.

A primary surface treatment layer 150 is formed on top of the fabric layer 140. The primary surface treatment layer 150 may be coated with a coating material having low stain resistance but excellent in penetration, thereby easily filling voids and shadows existing on the surface of the woven fabric layer 140.

The first surface treatment layer 150 may be formed by applying a first paint of a thermal drying type. Specifically, the first surface treatment layer 150 may be formed by coating a first thermosetting coating material on the fabric layer 140, and then curing the coating through a hot air oven.

In this case, the first coating material used for forming the first surface treatment layer 150 may be an acrylic resin diluted with a solvent.

The coating amount of the first coating material is preferably 10 to 100 g / m 2. That is, if the coating amount is less than 10 g / m < 2 >, it is difficult to obtain a sufficient filling effect, and if the coating amount exceeds 100 g / m < 2 >

In this case, in the present invention, an acrylic resin is used as the first coating material. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the resin can be easily applied to the fabric layer 140, Of course.

The secondary surface treatment layer 160 is formed on the primary surface treatment layer 150. The secondary surface treatment layer 160 improves the surface quality such as scratch resistance and abrasion resistance of the bottom material, , And improves the pollution resistance.

The secondary surface treatment layer 160 may be formed by applying a second coating material of an ultraviolet curing type. That is, the second surface treatment layer 160 may be formed by coating a UV curable second coating material on the first surface treatment layer 150, and then curing the ultraviolet ray irradiation.

The second coating material used to form the secondary surface treatment layer 160 may be a urethane-acrylic resin.

In this case, the coating amount of the second coating material is preferably 10 to 100 g / m 2. That is, if the coating amount is less than 10 g / m < 2 >, it is difficult to obtain a sufficient filling effect, and if the coating amount exceeds 100 g / m < 2 >
