Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a filter plate capable of measuring the pressure of sludge during a dewatering process during sludge dewatering, and furthermore, it is possible to precisely grasp a time point at which dewatering is completed and to perform a subsequent process, thereby shortening the time of sludge dewatering process, To a filter press capable of improving dehydration efficiency.
In general, a filter press is a post-treatment facility for forming wastewater that has been subjected to physical treatment or microbiological treatment during a wastewater treatment process, and a mixture that has undergone pre-treatment in a chemical process, is formed into a cake state by filtration and dehydration treatment. The sludge discharged after passing through the wastewater treatment system is introduced into a plurality of filter plates which are continuously arranged in contact with each other on the same center line and then the transfer head is moved by the driving of the hydraulic cylinder to press the filter plate, The filtrate is allowed to deposit in the form of a cake in the surface of the filter plate or in the filter plate, and the filtrate is discharged to the outside through the filtrate discharge port.
The process of dewatering the filtrate from the sludge in the filter press to form the solid matter contained in the sludge into a cake state will be briefly described below.
A separate filter cloth is mounted on the front and rear surfaces of the filter press filter plate having the above-described structure, and the sludge stored in the sludge storage tower is flowed toward the filter plate by the movement of the transfer head due to the pumping action of the hydraulic cylinder, The sludge inflow process occurs.
Thereafter, the first sludge is squeezed and dewatered, and the second sludge is dehydrated by pressurized water, so that the solid contained in the sludge is formed into a cake. It is deposited between the surface and the filter cloth. At this time, a dehydration filtration process in which the filtrate excluding the solids is discharged to the outside through the filtrate discharge port, a cake discharge process in which the conveyance head is moved back and the adjacent filter plates are conveyed so that the cake immersed between the respective filter plates is discharged to the outside And a washing step of washing the used filter plate.
On the other hand, if the sludge dewatering is completed through the primary and secondary dewatering processes, the subsequent process must be performed immediately to efficiently dewater more sludge. However, it is difficult to confirm whether the sludge dewatering is actually completed, and in the present general filter press, a filter press is operated as follows.
In a general filter press, the dewatering process time is set, and the sludge dewatering process is performed only during that time. However, this approach has the problem of overlooking that the properties and properties of the incoming sludge are not always the same. That is, although the characteristics of sludge introduced for dewatering are not always constant, if dewatering is performed only for a predetermined time each time dewatering is performed, the degree of dewatering of sludge varies depending on dewatering. Therefore, there is a problem that the dehydration process is actually terminated without dehydration being actually completed, or the dehydration process is unnecessarily continued even though the dehydration is actually completed, which causes a decrease in the process delay and the dehydration efficiency.
Therefore, it is necessary to correctly grasp the different dewatering completion time each time according to the sludge property, and to proceed the subsequent process quickly when dewatering is completed, thereby shortening the process time and improving the dewatering efficiency. In addition, it is necessary to determine which filtrate is excessively adhered to the solids, and to remove and maintain the sticky solids.
The present invention is to provide a filter plate capable of measuring the pressure inside each filter chamber during a sludge dewatering process.
The present invention is to provide a filter press capable of shortening the dewatering process time and improving the dewatering efficiency by accurately grasping different sludge dewatering completion times each time and allowing subsequent processes to proceed.

On the other hand, in order to measure the pressure of the sludge, at least a part of the
플래시 다이어프램 방식 및 링 다이어프램 방식의 압력 센서는 일반적인 압력 센서와 달리, 슬러지와 면접촉을 하여 압력을 측정하므로, 고형물이 점착될 우려가 없고, 장시간동안 높은 정확성으로 압력을 측정할 수 있다.Unlike conventional pressure sensors, flash diaphragm type and ring diaphragm type pressure sensors measure pressure by surface contact with sludge, so that there is no risk of solids sticking and pressure can be measured with high accuracy over a long period of time.

Referring again to FIG. 3, the
The
When the plurality of
Thereafter, the
The sludge is dehydrated, the filtrate is discharged, and a cake is formed. When dehydration is completed, only the cake remains, and there is no filtrate to be dehydrated any more, so that the pressure of the sludge or the pressure of the filtrate becomes zero. That is, when the dehydration is actually completed, the pressure value of the
Therefore, it can be determined that dehydration is completed when the pressure value of the
On the other hand, in the conventional general filter press, the pressure value was measured by the
That is, as the dehydration process proceeds, the solids are adhered to the inside of the
The
That is, after the primary dewatering, the
Therefore, the point at which the pressure of the sludge is checked during the dewatering process is minimized not only by the existing
Therefore, it is possible to confirm the sludge dewatering condition in each
For example, if the difference between the measured pressure values of the first sensor unit mounted on the
Alternatively, when the difference between the pressure value of the
In this case, it can be determined that the solid matter is excessively adhered to the area between the
Alternatively, any one of the measured pressure value of the
If the pressure value measured by the
The
For example, a section between the
In the above-described embodiment, the sensor unit is mounted on the first filter plate and the second filter plate. However, it is a matter of course that the sensor unit can be mounted on all the filter plates such as the third filter plate and the fourth filter plate. Thus, it is possible to grasp in detail and individually whether or not over-sticking of the solid matter is formed in the filter chamber formed between the filter plates.
