상기 상박 고정부의 단부에 각도조절 가능하게 설치되어 환자의 하박 부위가 놓여지며, 양측 가장자리에는 환자의 하박이 양측으로 움직이지 않도록 날개부가 돌출 형성되며, 상기 날개부에는 놓여진 하박 부위가 선택적으로 가압 고정될 수 있도록 제 2 고정밴드가 구비된 하박 고정부;가 포함되고
상기 상박 고정부 및 하박 고정부의 연결지점에는 힌지부재가 구비되어 상기 하박 고정부에 대해 상기 상박 고정부가 90° 내지 180° 범위 내에서 각도 조절되며,
상기 상박 고정부, 하박 고정부 및 날개부는 직물재 또는 피혁 재질의 외피로 그 외부가 감싸지며, 상기 외피의 내부에는 완충재가 충전되는 각도조절 가능한 어깨수술환자용 팔 고정구.
