Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to an air purification apparatus using an oxidation catalyst, and more particularly, to an air purification apparatus capable of purifying polluted air in an indoor space including an indoor workplace, such as an industrial site, .
Generally, in an industrial site such as a factory, the pollution degree of the indoor air is very high, which lowers the work efficiency of the operator, causes various diseases, and causes air pollution.
Therefore, in order to purify contaminants contained in the air of industrial sites, a simple air purifier employing a single air purifying technology is mainly installed and used. However, most of the main air purifiers are dust and low concentration pollutants, In the case where odor and harmful components are contained at a high concentration, they do not provide complete processing performance.
In particular, harmful substances such as bacteria and bacteria are concentrated in special work sites such as milk processing enterprises, wastewater treatment plants, and manure treatment plants. In the conventional air purifier, the foreign substances such as dust contained in the polluted air are collected It is impossible to provide sufficient deodorizing and sterilizing function.
In addition, since the conventional air purifier uses filtration using a filter or adsorption removal method using an adsorbent, there is a limit to the adsorption performance thereof, and the filter or the like must be cleaned or replaced frequently, There was a problem.
Further, although wet cleaning method is used to intensively treat odors, it requires a wide installation area, increases the maintenance cost according to the use of the treating agent, and increases secondary pollutants such as waste water and waste sludge And the like.
In view of the above circumstances, there is a demand for an air purification apparatus capable of completely detoxifying contaminated air containing a high concentration of odor and harmful components at the present time, and also capable of economical operation.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-described needs, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus capable of providing excellent detoxification performance against contaminated air containing a high concentration of malodorous and harmful components, And an object of the present invention is to provide an air purification apparatus using an oxidation catalyst which is constructed in a simple configuration and economical operation by not only eliminating the concern of generation of secondary pollutants by regeneration of the used filter,

In this case, when one of the plurality of purifying units performs the purifying function and the other purifying unit performs the reproducing function, the
As described above, the
7, when the

In this process, air flowing through the
For reference, the reproducing function of the
6, when the power source of the
As the intake and
Here, the
At this time, the first differential pressure sensor unit may be disposed on the upper end of the first
If the pressure value transmitted from the first pressure sensor unit is equal to or greater than the set value, the control unit determines that the filtering efficiency of the first
On the other hand, when the pressure value transmitted from the first pressure sensor unit is less than the predetermined value, the controller determines that the filtering efficiency of the first
When the
When the valves are opened and closed as described above, the first
Accordingly, the air in the
At this time, after the regeneration time of the
In this state, when the filtering efficiency of the
FIG. 9 is a graph showing the relationship between the
As described above, when performing the regenerating function, the air in the
8, when the first oxidation catalyst filters 230 are arranged in the vertical direction, the suspended substances adsorbed by the first oxidation catalyst filters 230 are dropped downward by the blowing air In this case, the first oxidation catalyst filters 230 may be formed to be slightly inclined so that the separation and dropping efficiency of the suspended substances can be improved.
Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 9, when the first oxidation catalyst filters 230 are formed to be inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the vertical direction during the regeneration process, the regeneration efficiency can be further improved.
In this case, the first oxidation catalyst filters 230 can be inclined by adjusting the horizontal length of the
