Abstract
Provided is an elastic crawler capable of reducing running resistance caused by flexural resistance of an elastic crawler and a crawler traveling device having the elastic crawler. An elastic member of an endless belt type wound around a drive wheel and an idler wheel and supported by the outer peripheral surface of the drive wheel and the fluid wheel so as to protrude from the inner peripheral surface of the elastic member; And a sectional area of the dividing groove in a circumferential cross section of the elastic body is larger than a width direction of the elastic body.
Description
The present invention relates to an elastic crawler and a crawler traveling apparatus having the same.
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a crawler traveling apparatus includes a driving wheel connected to a driving shaft of a crawler vehicle (for example, a combine or a tractor) as a base, an idler wheel rotatably mounted on the crawler vehicle, Which is an endless type of elastic crawler.
The resilient crawler is provided with the dividing groove, so that the supporting portion is easily deformed from the dividing groove portion to the crawler circumferential direction. Therefore, the elastic crawler can reduce the resistance (flexural resistance) against flexural deformation when the support crawler is bent along the outer peripheral surface of the drive wheel or the swirling wheel at the support portion. That is, the running resistance of the crawler traveling device can be reduced.
However, in the elastic crawler, mud or the like is caught in the dividing groove, so that the supporting portion is hardly deformed in the circumferential direction of the crawler, and the running resistance of the crawler traveling device is sometimes increased.
The elastic crawler is wound around the drive wheel and the bouncing wheel while abutting the support on the outer circumferential surface of the drive wheel or on the outer circumferential surface of the swirling wheel. Since the supporting portion and the core are provided adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the elastic body, when the crawler traveling device travels, resistance to bending deformation (bending resistance) tends to easily occur in the supporting portion, thereby increasing the running resistance of the crawler traveling device.
Therefore, the present invention provides an elastic crawler capable of reducing the running resistance due to bending resistance and a crawler traveling device having the elastic crawler.
An elastic crawler according to a first aspect of the present invention comprises an elastic body of an endless belt type rolled around a drive wheel and a fluid wheel and is supported by a support portion And a dividing groove for dividing the supporting portion in the circumferential direction of the elastic body, and the cross-sectional area of the dividing groove in the circumferential cross section of the elastic body is enlarged to the outside in the width direction of the elastic body.
And the width of the dividing groove is widened outward in the width direction of the elastic body.
And the depth of the dividing groove is deeper toward the outside in the width direction of the elastic body.
The width of the dividing groove is widened outward in the width direction of the elastic body and the depth of the dividing groove is deeper toward the outside in the width direction of the elastic body.
A crawler traveling device according to a first aspect of the present invention includes the drive wheel that transmits a driving force, the swinging wheel that is rotatably disposed, and the elastic crawler that is wound on the driving wheel and the swinging wheel.
The elastic crawler according to the second aspect of the present invention is characterized in that the elastic crawler comprises a plurality of cores which are embedded in an endless belt-shaped elastic body wound around a drive wheel and a fluid wheel with an interval in the circumferential direction of the elastic body, And a support portion which abuts against the outer circumferential surface of the drive wheel and the swirling wheel, wherein the support portion is formed by being protruded between the neighboring cores and is spaced apart from the neighboring cores in a circumferential direction of the elastic body do.
Wherein the support portion is formed by being raised on the core between the neighboring cores and on the core, and a support portion formed on the core, the support portion being formed in a circumferential direction of the elastic body from a support portion formed between the neighboring cores Respectively.
A crawler traveling device according to a second aspect of the present invention includes the drive wheel that transmits a driving force, the swinging wheel that is rotatably disposed, and the elastic crawler that is wound on the driving wheel and the swinging wheel.
The elastic crawler according to the first aspect of the present invention and the crawler traveling apparatus having the same can reduce the traveling resistance of the crawler traveling apparatus by suppressing an increase in the bending resistance in the supporting portion by improving the muddy- .
The elastic crawler according to the second aspect of the present invention and the crawler traveling apparatus having the elastic crawler according to the second aspect of the present invention can reduce the bending resistance of the elastic crawler, thereby reducing the running resistance of the crawler traveling apparatus.
