Description
The present invention relates to an apparatus for culturing algae in rivers and rivers, and more particularly to an algae culture apparatus in which air circulation is efficiently performed.
In recent times, green algae, which are proliferating in the summer in the eutrophic hoso and rivers, are occurring more frequently. Mass production of cyanobacteria can be problematic in terms of management of water source, protection of water ecological health, and improvement of landscape. As the social concern about the occurrence of green algae increases, the need for preventive algae management increases. Therefore, research on the causes of the algae and growth limiting factors is required. Conditions for the growth of algae include meteorological and hydrological factors such as water temperature, solar radiation and flow rate, and biochemical factors such as nitrogen, phosphorus, carbon, iron and silicon, and biological elements such as predation, competition, and hitting. Any of these conditions can be a limiting factor if under- or over-exploited, and efforts have been made to control the occurrence of algae by artificially controlling these factors.
Various types of photobioreactors installed in the interior of the land are being used as a culture facility for culturing microalgae. Such a culturing facility installed in the indoor of the land must be equipped with an artificial lighting means and a temperature control facility must be provided in order to maintain the temperature of the culture facility appropriately, so that the manufacturing cost is high, need. In addition, such a cultivating facility installed in the indoor of the land requires a large expense to expand the scale, and it is difficult to reflect the spatial restriction due to the need for a large space and the actual conditions of the algae generation site. Therefore, in order to understand the mechanism of the occurrence of algae, an on-site culture experiment should be carried out at the site where the algae occur. Therefore, there is a need for technologies related to the construction of large-scale culture facilities.
In this regard, Korean Pat. No. 10-1237039 (entitled "Phytoplankton Culturing Apparatus") discloses a culturing vessel filled with phytoplankton and pure seawater for culturing phytoplankton, and a culture vessel for supplying pure sea water to a culture vessel A filter unit and a stirring unit for stirring the inside of the culture container, wherein the culture container is installed in a floating device floating on the sea, and a part thereof is submerged in seawater so as to match the environment of the sea with the environment of the culture container And a culture system for culturing the phytoplankton. Specifically, the culture container has a cylindrical frame, a culture passage fixed on the frame and opened on the upper side, and a cover member provided on the upper surface of the frame to cover the upper surface of the culture container, An air passage through which outside air can enter and exit is provided between the upper end and the upper frame. That is, the upper surface of the cultivation barrel is fixed to the upper frame in such a manner as to be woven with wires. At this time, the wire is loosened to form a space between the culture passage upper frames.
However, since the air passage is formed in such a manner that the top surface of the culture container is woven into the upper frame by a wire, the space between the culture passage upper frames can not be formed sufficiently wide, It is difficult to control the air circulation smoothly inside the culture container.
In addition, a dome-shaped portion having a hemispherical shape is formed at the center of the lid member to collect solar light. However, this has a disadvantage of concentrating the light amount in a specific portion of the culture container, thereby creating a culture environment different from the actual conditions.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an alga culturing apparatus capable of circulating air inside a culture container.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an alga culturing apparatus capable of realizing a more realistic culture environment by spreading the amount of light due to sunlight evenly inside a culture container.
In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides an alga culturing apparatus comprising: an algae culture unit for cultivating the algae by filling the algae with raw water, the algae culture unit being installed in a floating structure and partially submerged in a river, And a raw water supply unit for supplying raw water to the culture container, wherein the culture container includes a circular upper frame, a lower frame, and a support frame connecting the upper frame and the lower frame, And a culture cylinder fixed to the upper frame and opened at an upper side of the upper frame; a height adjustment ring positioned on the upper frame; and a height adjusting ring disposed between the upper frame and the height adjusting ring, A height adjustment ring provided on the height adjustment ring, That the lid member to cover the surface containing the further characterized.
Here, the present invention may further include an air injection unit for injecting air into the culture container.
The frame may further include an intermediate frame positioned between the upper frame and the lower frame, and may further include a connection frame connecting the upper frame and the intermediate frame.
The height adjusting rod may include a first height adjusting rod fixed to the upper frame and having an inner hollow, a second height adjusting rod fixed to the height adjusting ring and having an inner hollow, the first height adjusting rod and the second height adjusting rod It is desirable that the length be adjustable while the other one is interpolated in one of the bars.
The second height adjusting rod has two or more height adjusting grooves in the longitudinal direction, and the first height adjusting rod has a height adjusting fixing member through-hole into which the height adjusting fixing member is inserted corresponding to the height adjusting groove, It is further preferable that the height adjusting rod further includes a height adjusting and fixing member passing through the height adjusting groove and the height adjusting fixing member through groove.
Further, the lid member may be formed in a transparent disc shape.
The details of other embodiments are included in the detailed description and drawings.
The present invention is characterized by including a height adjusting ring and a height adjusting rod between the frame and the lid member so that the air can circulate to the inside of the culture container.
In addition, the present invention can provide an alga culturing apparatus capable of realizing a more realistic culture environment because the lid member can be flattened so that the amount of light due to sunlight can be uniformly provided inside the culture container.
