Abstract
A deck plate comprising a heat insulating material to prevent heat transfer between the inside and the outside of a building, the deck plate being formed to have a length between a beam and a beam spaced apart from the building so as not to generate joints of the heat insulating material insulator; A steel plate attached to an upper surface of the heat insulating material and formed to have the same length as the heat insulating material; A truss girder provided on the upper surface of the steel plate is provided so that a single heat insulating material is provided between the beam and the beam so that a gap between the heat insulating materials is not formed and a work for filling a gap between the heat insulating materials is not required, It is possible to prevent the deterioration of the heat insulating performance due to the gap formed between the heat insulating materials and to improve the heat insulating performance because the gap is not formed by the heat insulating material having the length between the beams .
Description
More particularly, the present invention relates to a heat-insulating-material-type deck plate that improves heat-insulating performance by minimizing a gap formed between a heat-insulating performance of a heat-insulating material, a workability, and a joint portion of the heat-insulating material.
Generally, a reinforced concrete structure is a composite structure in which concrete, which is a compression material, is used together with reinforcing bar, which is a tensile material. After completing a formwork mold construction, reinforcing bars are laid, followed by concrete pouring, .
Such a reinforced concrete structure is a method for casting concrete, and it is first to install a formwork such as plywood, wood, or steel, and to install concrete at the bottom of the formwork to overcome the concrete, .
Therefore, it is exposed to inconveniences and safety accidents due to the installation of the trams, and there is no work space for the work of the subsequent process in the lower part of the slab, so that it is difficult to shorten the construction period.
The most important thing here is that construction due to neglecting proper installation regulations causes human accidents due to mold collapse.
After the completion of the mold installation, reinforcement is placed in the formwork, and the concrete is laid and cured. When the curing of concrete is completed, the process of dismantling the formwork is required, and the construction period is lengthened. In the process of installing and dismantling the formwork, safety accidents may occur. Is increased.
To solve these problems, a so-called "integral deck plate" has been developed which is integrated with a steel plate serving as a form and a truss girder acting as a reinforcing bar, and is widely used in construction works to date.
The most important advantage of the deck plate is that it forms the slab of the reinforced concrete structure and has the advantage of being able to withstand the weight of the reinforced concrete and the working load without installing the formwork and the bottom of the slab in the mold work. Therefore, construction period and construction cost can be saved.
As the deck plate, a foam deck plate, an integral deck plate, a heat insulating material integrated deck plate, and a hollow deck plate are used.
The integrated deck plate is made by integrating a truss girder and a steel plate, and it is possible to reduce the construction time, and it is most widely used.
The steel plate and the truss girder of the integral deck plate are each wound on a beam at each end in the longitudinal direction. In particular, the upper and lower ends of the truss girder acting as a reinforcing steel in the reinforced concrete structure, It overlaps the girder and plays a structural role. In addition, an upper side of the upper part of the truss girder is provided with an output side in a direction perpendicular to the upper side
In addition, the integral deck plate of the heat insulating material is formed by integrating the truss girder with the heat insulating material and the steel plate (or plywood), and can be manufactured in the factory, shortening the construction period and having the heat insulating performance usable for the slab facing to the outside air.
The upper part of the thermal deck integrated deck plate is composed of the lattice and the top and the bottom, and is made of heat insulating material and steel plate or plywood. In other words, it is possible to attach the insulation material to the integrated deck plate at the deck plate production plant using a fixing device or the like, and it can be easily installed without any additional insulation material at the construction site.
A truss girder, a steel plate or a plywood, which is an upper structure of such a heat-insulating-material-type deck plate, fixes the heat insulating material using a heat insulating material fixing bolt, and a spacer is provided between the lower part of the truss girder and the upper part of the heat insulating material as a female thread of the heat insulating material fixing bolt .
That is, a process of demolding the lower steel plate or plywood after the concrete curing period has elapsed after a certain period of time after the completion of the concrete pouring after installing the thermal deck integrated deck plate is required. Therefore, in order to demarcate the steel plate or the plywood, a separate construction period is required and it is necessary to install a temporary structure to demolish the worker.
On the other hand, the heat insulating material used in the heat insulating material deck plate is produced in a standard size, and in particular, when the heat insulating material is a urethane board, a connection between the heat insulating material and the heat insulating material is required.
That is, the heat insulating material of the integral deck plate is installed at the construction site, and the urethane foam is further foamed to fill the gap between the heat insulating materials. If the urethane foam is not completely filled in the construction site, there is a problem that insulation loss occurs at the joint part.
In addition, compared with the integral deck plate, the heat-insulating-material-integrated deck plate is inferior in workability. First, there is a shortage of site cutting and processability in accordance with the changing situation of the first place. Secondly, material mobility and lifting property are inferior depending on the thickness of the insulation material.
Finally, a separate construction period is required to demold the steel plate or plywood after the concrete has hardened. For this reason, there is a problem that the construction period is longer than that of the integral deck plate.
In order to form the integral deck plate of the heat insulation material, it is essential that the heat insulating material fixing bolt and the spacer (acting as a female thread) are required. In addition, it is necessary to fill the gap generated between the heat insulating materials by the urethane foam during the deck plate construction, there was.
The costs incurred in the decking of the steel plate or plywood under the deck plate with integrated material after the curing of the concrete after a certain period of curing period after completion of the concrete pouring have also become a factor for raising the construction cost.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a heat insulating material integrated type deck plate in which a joining portion of a deck plate is minimized.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a heat insulating material integrated type deck plate in which a heat insulating material is integrated with a truss girder without fixing means for fixing a heat insulating material to an upper truss girder.
In order to achieve the above object, a heat-insulating-material-type deck plate according to the present invention is a deck plate having a heat-insulating material for preventing heat transfer between the inside and the outside of a building, A heat insulating material formed to a length between the spaced beams and the beam; A steel plate attached to an upper surface of the heat insulating material and formed to have the same length as the heat insulating material; And a truss girder provided on the upper surface of the steel plate.
The steel plate has a first engaging portion formed at one side in the width direction to be engaged with another adjacent deck plate; A second engaging portion formed on the other side in the width direction to be engaged with the adjacent deck plate; A flat plate portion formed between the first and second coupling portions so that a spacer for supporting the heat insulating material and the truss girder is seated; And a stepped portion formed to be higher than a height of the flat plate portion to increase the adhering force of the heat insulating material.
Wherein the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion include a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface that are inclined at a predetermined angle so that one end of the heat insulating material is stably attached; And a horizontal surface horizontally connected between the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface, wherein the second coupling portion is bent more largely than the first coupling portion so as to be seated on the upper surface of the first coupling portion .
And a spacer provided on an upper surface of the steel plate so that the truss girder is stably fixed.

As described above, according to the heat-insulating-material-integrated deck plate of the present invention, since a single heat insulating material is provided between the beam and the beam, a gap between the heat insulating materials is not formed and an operation for filling a gap between the heat insulating materials is not required, And the work process can be shortened. Also, it is possible to prevent deterioration of the heat insulating performance due to the gap formed between the heat insulating materials, and also to improve the heat insulating performance because no gap is formed by the heat insulating material having a length between the beams Is obtained.
Further, according to the heat insulating material integrated type deck plate of the present invention, the steel plate and the heat insulating material can be attached more strongly by the flat plate portion and the stepped portion of the steel plate, thereby preventing the heat insulating material from being separated from the steel plate, It is possible to improve the heat insulating performance of the slab or the floor slab, etc., and to integrate the heat insulating material into the truss girder without securing means The construction cost can be reduced.
