FIG. 1 is a view showing a conventional heat sink. FIG.
The
However, since the
2 is a view showing a state of one of the heat-dissipating sheets developed in the prior art.
Because of the size and weight of the
In order to solve the problem of heat emission in such a small electronic product, a conventional
Through such existing heat-radiating
However, in a recent electronic device such as a smart phone, the heat generated from the internal component element is increased to such an extent that the conventional
3 is a view showing an existing heat pipe used in a portable electronic device such as a smart phone.
As described above, the existing
FIG. 4 is a view schematically showing the internal structure of the heat pipe of FIG. 3 and its operation principle.
Specifically, the operating principle of the
When the heat is transferred to the evaporation portion which is a part of the
However, the
5 is a view showing the internal structure of the heat-radiating sheet according to the present invention viewed from above.
The heat-radiating
The sealing
The
In addition, a working
Therefore, the heat-radiating
FIG. 6 is a view schematically showing the movement of the working fluid in the heat-radiating sheet according to the present invention.
In the heat-radiating
First, the working fluid in the liquid state absorbed in the
The working fluid in the gaseous state discharged to the
As described above, the heat-radiating
FIGS. 7 to 10 are cross-sectional views taken along the line A-A 'of the heat-radiating
7 is a cross-sectional view of the heat-radiating sheet according to the first embodiment.
The heat-radiating
The
8 is a cross-sectional view of the heat-radiating sheet according to the second embodiment.
The heat-radiating
The
9 is a cross-sectional view of a heat-radiating sheet according to a third embodiment.
In the heat-radiating
10 is a cross-sectional view of the heat radiation sheet according to the fourth embodiment.
FIG. 11 is a view showing a heat radiating sheet according to a fourth embodiment of FIG. 10 disposed on a heat source. FIG.
When the heat-radiating
FIG. 12A is a view showing a heat dissipation sheet having a plurality of unit cells with the basic structure of the heat dissipation sheet as a unit. FIG.
The heat-radiating
Accordingly, the heat-radiating
FIG. 12B is a view showing a modification of the heat radiation sheet having a plurality of unit cells of FIG. 12A.
The
With this modification, the
FIG. 13 is a view schematically showing the flow of the working fluid in the heat radiation sheet of FIG. 12 (a).
The principle of the movement of the working fluid moving in the
More specifically, because the working fluid in the unit cells disposed above the base of the drawing is located in the downward direction of the

When the
Therefore, the method of manufacturing the heat-radiating sheet according to the first embodiment has an advantage that the heat-radiating
