Claims (14)

상기 노출된 발광 구조물 상에 배치되는 제1 전극;
상기 제1 전극 상에 배치되는 반도체 산화물층;
상기 제2 도전형 반도체층 상에 배치되는 전도층;
상기 전도층 및 상기 반도체 산화물층 상에 배치되는 제2 전극; 및
상기 반도체 산화물층과 상기 노출된 발광 구조물 사이에 배치되는 패시베이션층을 포함하고,
상기 반도체 산화물층 및 상기 반도체 산화물층 상에 배치된 상기 제2 전극의 일 부분은 쇼트키 접촉하는 발광 소자.Board:
