Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method of constructing a bridge and its construction, and more particularly, to preventing microcracks and the like of a structural system from occurring during a construction process of the bridge, and even if the bridge is used for a long period of time, The present invention relates to a construction method of a bridge in which the time required for the alignment process between a stand and a girder during a construction process is shortened and a construction process is simplified.
As described in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1585652, the
As shown in Fig. 1, the
In the step of constructing the
In order to solve this problem, as shown in FIG. 2B, when the
Accordingly, there is a strong demand for a method that can maintain a stable structural system without causing settlement even if it is used for a long time while the construction is completed, while preventing cracks and the like from occurring in the process of constructing the integral bridge.
On the other hand, it is known that the integral bridges are integrated by means of fastening means or the like in addition to the structure for connecting the girder and the alternation with the connecting concrete. However, the construction in which the integrated bridges are integrated by the fastening means, .

(2006. 10. 19)Korean Registered Patent No. 10-0638673 (October 19, 2006)
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a method of constructing a bridge for preventing cracks caused by concentration of stress while alternately contacting with alternation due to self-weight deflection of a girder during a construction process of the bridge, and a construction structure thereof .
At the same time, the present invention aims at stably maintaining the bridge structure even if it is used for a long period of time by supporting the both end supporting portions of the girder with a material having the same or higher rigidity as the concrete rigidity.
The present invention also aims at minimizing the magnitude of the vertical moment acting on the right corner by structurally stabilizing the vertical force by acting on the alternating force due to the fixed load of the bridge and the load due to the live load .
Further, according to the present invention, even if the girder is shrunk in the longitudinal direction due to the seasonal change of temperature during the construction of the bridge, the cracks of the jointed concrete that integrates the alternation and the girder are suppressed, .
At the same time, the present invention aims at minimizing load received in the structural system by distributing the load with respect to the load in the throttling direction.
Above all, the object of the present invention is to solve the difficulty of the construction in which the girder is alternately mounted alternately by the rotation protrusions and the receiving grooves for preventing the alternation due to the deflection of the girder and the cracking of the girder.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a structural system which is inexpensive and quick to construct in a simple manner and which is stable in construction.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention proposes a girder including at least a portion of concrete, wherein a bottom surface of both ends of a concrete portion of the girder is formed with a downwardly convex curved surface rotation protrusion, Wherein at least one of a surface of the rotation protrusion and a surface of the receiving groove is made of a steel material, and the connecting member is made of a steel material, A girder assembly preparing step of preparing a girder assembly which is formed of a member that is resistant to a tensile force but is easily bent to a compressive force and which permits mutual rotational displacement while maintaining a connected state between the girder and the cradle; A file fixing step of fixing the file by piling the ground at a spaced position to be connected to the girder; An alternating installation step of installing an alternation including a concrete material at an upper end of the file; A girder mounting step for mounting the girders so as to be supported at the alternating positions by placing the girders of the girder assembly on the alternate upper surfaces; A step of integrating the girder and the alternation with the girder and the alternation by curing concreting concrete by placing the cast concrete in place; The present invention also provides a method of constructing a bridge.
This is because, in the simple installation of the girder on both sides of the upper portion of the alternation for the bridge construction, the rotary protrusions are formed to protrude downward from the bottoms of both ends of the girders, and the accommodating grooves for accommodating the rotary protrusions are provided on the alternating- The contact between the structural members due to sagging of the girder is fundamentally suppressed due to the rotational displacement due to the rotation projections and the receiving grooves in the state where the girder is stationary, , And to prevent the structural members from coming into contact with each other during the construction process, thereby causing damage such as cracks.
Also, as the alternation of bridges is supported and installed by steel files, excessive stresses are locally concentrated in the bridges' structural system, because the horizontal displacement of the pile relative to the ground largely compensates for the momentum acting on the bridges. The phenomenon can be fundamentally solved.
Here, the girder forming step may include forming the first connection reinforcing bars exposed at both ends of the girder, exposing the second connecting reinforcing bars upward in the alternating manner, and connecting the first connecting reinforcing bars and the second connecting reinforcing bars to the connecting concrete, Can be buried. Accordingly, the connecting concrete can firmly integrate the alternation and the girder through the first connecting reinforcing bar and the second connecting reinforcing bar.
In the girder manufacturing step, the rotation protrusion may be formed of a steel material so that a contact surface with the receiving recess is formed. As a result, the rotation protrusions in which the weight of the girder is concentrated can withstand a sufficiently high load and the friction between the contact surfaces with the receiving grooves is reduced, so that the rotary displacement is smoothly generated in the state where the girders are mounted on the cradle, It is possible to prevent the alternating upper surface from contacting with the girder.
Here, the contact surface of the rotation protrusion forms a part of the mold to form the contact surface when the mold is separated from the girder. As a result, it is possible to easily form the rotary protrusions protruding downward in the concrete portion, and when the concrete is cured, the rotary protrusions are coupled together, so that the effect of enabling firm coupling is obtained.
Similarly, the contact surface of the receiving groove, which is in contact with the projection, is formed of a steel material so that the contact friction characteristic with the rotating projection can be kept lower.
At this time, at least a part of the outer surface of the cradle may be formed of a steel material and filled with a shrink-proof filler. Therefore, since the compressive displacement is hardly generated even under the load transmitted from the end of the girder, the gap between the alternation and the girder is permanently maintained even when the bridge is completed, So that the cracks of the jointed concrete, in which the alternation and the girder are integrated, are not generated. Further, since the steel material on the surface forms the contact surface with the rotation protrusion of the girder, the friction with the rotation protrusion can be kept low, and the rotational displacement of the end portion according to the bending deformation of the steel material girder can be smoothly permitted.
Meanwhile, an interference protrusion may be formed on the alternate upper surface to be covered with the connection concrete. Accordingly, even if the girder contracts or expands due to seasonal changes in temperature, the connection concrete is transmitted to the jointed concrete by the interference projection in the throttling direction with the girder, and the alternation is embedded in the ground Since the expansion and contraction displacements due to temperature changes can be accommodated at the horizontal displacement of the pile, the lifetime can be secured without cracking between the girder and the connected concrete even when the temperature is changed.
The pile can be arranged at a position below the contact position where the rotation protrusion and the receiving recess are in contact with each other. As a result, the vertical load such as the weight of the girder is transmitted alternately downward through the contact surfaces of the rotation protrusions and the receiving grooves. As the pile is disposed below the imaginary line in the vertical direction of these contact positions, The load can be transmitted only in the longitudinal direction of the pile, and the pile can be supported only by the vertical load while minimizing the action of the moment. Thus, a more stable structure can be obtained even with a smaller cross section.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the rotation protrusion may be formed on the bottom surface of the girder so as to extend across the bottom surface of the girder in a semicylindrical shape in the form of a semicylindrical shape . As the rotary protrusion protrudes downward in the semi-cylindrical shape, the direction in which the girder rotates due to the contact between the rotary protrusion and the receiving groove is specified in one direction (direction in which the extending direction is rotated by the rotary shaft) And the rotation protrusion is formed to be long across the bottom surface of the girder, the present invention can be applied to a case where the girder has an acute angle with respect to the alternation.
In particular, in the step of fabricating the girder, the uncured concrete is placed in the mold in a state in which the connecting member connecting the rotation protrusion and the receiving groove is connected in a state where the mounting table is positioned on the bottom surface of the rotation protrusion, The girder is manufactured in a state in which the cradle is connected to the rotation protrusion of the girder via the connecting member; The girder mounting step and the mount stand mounting step can be performed at the same time.
In this case, when the cradle is installed on the upper part of the cradle as in the prior art, a process of aligning the rotation protrusion formed on the bottom of the cradle with the receiving groove of the cradle is very troublesome. However, The rotation protrusions of the girders and the receiving grooves of the mount are connected to each other so that the mounts are also mounted by mounting the girders at appropriate positions on the alternate upper surface by pulling up the girders, It is possible to obtain an advantageous effect of solving the problem that the girder installation is difficult. As a result, the construction can be performed in a shorter time, so that the workability is improved, the work speed is increased, and the advantage of shortening the air can be obtained.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a construction structure of a bridge, comprising: a pile installed at positions spaced apart from each other; An alternation fixed on the upper side of the file; A cradle formed on at least one of the concrete and the metal, the cradle being formed on the upper side of the cradle and formed with a receiving groove recessed downward on an upper surface thereof; A girder protruding from the bottom of both ends of the girder and abutting on the receiving groove; A connecting concrete filling the space between the alternating and the girders to integrate the alternating and the girder; A connecting member for connecting the receiving groove of the mounting table to the rotation protrusion of the girder and allowing the rotational displacement of the girder and the mounting table to be maintained while maintaining a connection state between the girder and the mount, A connecting member; Wherein at least one of a surface of the rotation protrusion and a surface of the receiving recess is formed of a steel material.
Here, the pile is arranged at the lower side of the position where the rotation protrusion and the receiving groove abut each other, so that generation of moment is minimized at the upper portion of the pile and the load in the vertical direction is transmitted. .
The upper surface of the alternating upper surface is provided with an interference protrusion upwardly projected by the connecting concrete so that the expansion and contraction of the girder due to the temperature change can be allowed as a displacement with the pile and the connecting concrete, It is possible to suppress occurrence of cracks between the girders.
Here, it is preferable to further include a connecting member which is formed of a member that is resistant to a tensile force but easily bends in a compressive force, and connects the receiving recess of the receiving stand with the rotation protrusion of the girder, So that the rotational displacement between them can be allowed.
The cage is formed by a part of the upper surface including the receiving groove formed of a steel material and filled with a non-shrinkage filling material, so that the connecting member can be fixed and a state in which compression displacement is hardly generated due to the weight of the girder And can form a low friction surface with the rotation protrusion.
Particularly, the connecting member is embedded beforehand in the step of combining the cradle and the girder, and the connecting member is complicated and difficult to align the receiving recess of the cradle and the rotation protrusion of the girder as the girder and the cradle are alternately mounted on the cradle The process can be simplified and the workability can be improved.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a girder comprising: a girder in which a reinforcing bar is embedded therein and a rotation protrusion protrudes from a bottom surface of both ends; A holder having a receiving groove for receiving at least a part of the rotation projection to receive a rotational displacement of the rotation projection; A connecting member for connecting the receiving groove of the mounting table to the rotation protrusion of the girder and allowing the rotational displacement of the girder and the mounting table to be maintained while maintaining a connection state between the girder and the mount, A connecting member; Wherein at least one of a surface of the rotation protrusion and a surface of the receiving groove is formed of a steel material so that the girder is pulled and mounted together with the cradle during the construction of the bridge, to provide.
Here, it is preferable that at least one of the surface of the rotation projection and the surface of the receiving groove is formed of a steel material. In addition, the cradle may be formed of a steel material at least a part of the upper surface including the receiving groove, and filled with a shrinkage filler material.
The 'girder' described in the present specification and claims includes both a concrete girder mainly composed of concrete and a steel composite girder in which a casing concrete is synthesized at a part (mainly a lower part) of the steel girder and includes a steel girder It is possible. Accordingly, all types of girders in which the bottom surface of the girder on which the rotation protrusion is formed are made of concrete, are included in the 'girder' of the present invention. Therefore, the concrete cushioning for making the 'girder' may be the entire girder section or a part of the girder section.
As described above, the present invention is characterized in that, in the present invention, a rotation protrusion is formed to protrude downward from the bottom surface of both ends of the girder, and a receiving groove for receiving the rotation protrusion is provided on the alternate- , The lower part of the girder is brought into contact with the alternating part due to the weight of the girder before the connection concrete is synthesized, so that the excessive stress It is possible to obtain a favorable effect of constructing the bridge while fundamentally preventing the damage of the structural member from occurring as the bridge is concentrated locally. Further, since the alternation of the bridges is not supported on the ground but is supported and supported by the steel pile, the net moments acting on the bridges of the bridges are compensated by the fine horizontal displacement of the piles embedded in the ground. Therefore, it is possible to obtain an effect of improving the structural stability by eliminating the phenomenon that the excessive stress is locally concentrated in the bridge structure system.
In addition, since the contact surfaces of the rotation projections of the girders and the receiving grooves of the cradle are formed as the steel contact surfaces, not only the vertical force transmitted from the girders can be sufficiently well tolerated, but also the friction between the girders and the cradle is lowered, The rotation protrusion and the receiving groove can be smoothly rotated.
In addition, since the outer surface is formed of a steel material and the inside is formed of a shrink-proof filler, the compression displacement of the cradle is hardly generated even under a large vertical load transmitted from the end of the girder during public use. It is possible to obtain an advantage that cracking of the jointed concrete due to the settlement of the girder can be suppressed.
Further, in the present invention, the upper surface of the alternating upper surface is protruded upwardly so that the interference protrusions are buried in the connecting concrete, and the connecting concrete and the alternation are interfered with each other in the throttling direction, so that the shrinkage and expansion of the girder due to seasonal changes, Even if it occurs, the connection concrete and the alternation are horizontally moved in the direction of the throttle axis integrally, and the horizontal displacement displacement in the throttle direction is accommodated by the minute displacement of the pierced pile, so that the expansion and contraction of the girder, So that a sufficient durability life can be stably ensured and the cost and time required for maintenance can be reduced.
In the present invention, since the file is disposed on the lower side in the vertical direction of the contact portion between the rotation protrusion of the girder and the receiving groove of the cradle, a force component (moment) in the rotation direction is generated And only the vertical load is applied. Thus, there is obtained an effect that it is possible to obtain a structural system capable of firmly supporting even if the cross section of the file is formed smaller.
On the other hand, according to the present invention, since the rotation protrusions of the girders are formed in a semi-cylindrical shape across the bottom of the girder, the girders can be installed in a skew bridge having an acute angle with respect to the alternation.
First of all, the present invention is characterized in that, from the step of manufacturing the girder, the concrete portion of the girder is synthesized with the receiving grooves of the girder being connected to the rotary member by the connecting member, the step of alternately mounting the girder and the step So that even when the rotating projection and the receiving groove are formed, the holder and the girder are arranged in an aligned manner by simply pulling up the girders and mounting the alternating means, so that the construction can be carried out by a simple process in a shorter time, And an advantageous effect of shortening the air can be obtained.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, well-known functions or constructions are not described in detail to avoid obscuring the subject matter of the present invention.
The
Both ends of the
For this purpose, it is preferable that all of the
The rotation protrusions 112 may be hemispherically protruded downward, but they may be formed in a transverse direction (transverse direction perpendicular to the throttle axis) of the girders in a semicylindrical shape. Accordingly, the rotational direction of both ends of the
Since the weight of the
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Fig. 7C, the
As shown in FIG. 5, at both ends of the
The
The installation number of the
The
The
An
In this case, the
The
The
When the compression deformation amount is large in the state of supporting the
For example, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the outer surface of the
Although the figure shows a configuration in which the entire outer surface of the
An
Before the
7A, when the filling
Here, the connecting
7B and 7C, the
4 and 5, the connecting
Hereinafter, a method of constructing a bridge according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Step 1 : First, as shown in FIG. 7A, a
Step 2 : Then, as shown in FIG. 7B, a
To this end, the
(S130). Step 3 : Then, reinforcing bars (not shown) are placed in the
At this time, since the
(S140). Step 4 : Once the bridge girder assembly is manufactured by steps 1 to 3, the
(S150). Step 5 : The
Although the figure shows a configuration in which the bottom surface of the
Step 6 : Then, as shown in Fig. 8C, the
At this time, both ends of the
Since the both ends of the
The
The rotation protrusions 112 of the
(S170). Step 7 : Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 8G, a mold (not shown) for installing the
Step 8 : Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 8H, a mold (not shown) for installing the bottom plate concrete is installed, a bottom plate reinforcing bar is laid, ).
On the other hand, steps 7 and 8 may be performed in a single on-site casting process after the formwork is installed.
The present invention configured as described above is characterized in that a
In addition, according to the present invention, since the
In addition, in the present invention, the
More specifically, the present invention is characterized in that, from the step of making the concrete part of the

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the invention.
